HIRE ALLI!!
The first thing my now husband and I did when we began planning our wedding in early 2021 was look for a wedding planner and we found Alli. We were initially drawn to...
her because she kept her social media up-to-date and relevant even through the shutdowns. We met with her for a consultation and that was it - we hired her right away.
Alli has limitless energy, is confident, and will bring your vision to life. She helped me make decisions and was able to juggle my mom and her input while also making my voice heard. Almost all of my vendors commented they had never worked a more organized wedding than ours, which is all due to Alli being the best planner out there. She kept us on task throughout the planning process and virtually eliminated stress.
She was our biggest advocate and helped with everything from venue hunting to making sure nothing was left behind after the reception. On my wedding day, multiple people were shocked at how calm I was as a bride but it's because Alli had been with me every step of the way and I trusted her to handle everything for set-up and timing. She is organized and offers an amazing planning website that has everything you could think of and more to make the process easy and intuitive.
The biggest compliment I can give Alli as a planner is that there were several times when I forgot I wasn't her only client. When I needed her, she was there. Every time. It felt like planning my wedding was as important as if she were planning her own. I'm forever grateful to have met and worked with Alli. You will not regret hiring her.
Alli has been working with us for almost two years before the date. She was great and worked with us on budget which was a huge plus! Alli and her assistant Kayla made sure everyon...
e was taken care of and I don’t think we would have had a wedding without her. She was professional and had amazing tools for someone like myself who loves to plan a party, so I got to be totally involved and Alli took my direction on my vision. She remembered details and found vendors when I was stuck and super responsive whenever I had a question. Thank you Alli for helping make our dream come true! - Ryan and Robin Myers
Alexandra was absolutely WONDERFUL. She made the whole process of planning a wedding seamless and took away so much stress. She not only was helpful leading up to our wedding but t...
he day of wedding went above and beyond. I was not stressed once during the week of my wedding or on the actual day. She was there for us whenever we needed her and exceeded our expectations. She quickly became a friend and I was able to turn to her for anything I needed.
I can't thank Alexandra enough for making our wedding day SO perfect!
My mom found Ally word of mouth from a friend and we called her. From the 1st meeting we knew she was going to work well for us. Very laid back but organized and strong just like w...
e needed. We had originally planned for a backyard venue but a few days before the wedding our backyard had flooded over with all the storms. Ally was on top of it, ready to research new venues but we had already found one. We let her take full charge of decorating the new venue and organizing the new ceremony since we had to change our whole design and scheme within days of the wedding from the original we had already discussed and planned out. Ally and team decorated BEAUTIFULLY with very little direction. She and her team just knew what it was that we were looking for from our meetings prior to the wedding. If you are looking to book Ally and team for your event, I highly recommend you do so. She was AMAZING and looking back, there is no way we would have been able to have such an amazing event with out her!
Alli and her team were amazing and did everything to make sure day went off without a hitch! I highly recommend Alli to help plan your wedding or coordinate your wedding day!

Alli was our day-of coordinator and assisted vendors in perfecting the wedding-of-our-dreams! She preformed day-of set up at our venue. I am so thankful that we had her as part of ...
our team! I don’t know what I would’ve done without her, truly!
I knew I was going to need someone to help set up and tear down my wedding decor in a short time frame, as my venue charged by the hour for use of the space. I posted in a local br...
ides facebook group looking for help. Alli responded and we quickly began communicating and hashing out details, a year out from my wedding. The week of, we touched base and I communicated my plans and handed off all of my organized decor to her. Alli and her assistant Kayla did a PHENOMENAL job executing my vision. I was so glad to have such a detail oriented team acting as my hands to set up the reception space. It was a very non-traditional space so I am grateful that they were flexible and understanding for the few special needs I had with wall hangings and such! Everything looked absolutely perfect and I just cannot thank them enough! I would highly recommend this team, you can trust them to get the job done right!
Alli was a great planner. We only had a few months to plan our wedding after our original date was cancelled due to Covid. Alli kept us on task the whole time, dealt with our conce...

Alli is the best! She was helpful every step of the way, and her day of coordination was excellent. We didn't have to lift a finger for our wedding and it was amazing. We would 100...
% recommend hiring Alli for your wedding coordinating. She communicated well with all the vendors and insured everyone was on the same page. She helped make our day truly flawless. It was a pleasure working with Alli and an honor to have her as our coordinator.
Highly recommend Alli. She is a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive, which I appreciated throughout the planning process.

nth-of/day-of services to ease stress on the big day. Without her, our wedding day certainly wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly. She helped me feel at ease about the timeline of the day and I knew I could count on her when things went wrong (like our bus cancelling on us 30 minutes prior to departure). Alli truly helped bring my vision to life by setting out the table numbers and place cards, laying out all the escort cards perfectly, coordinating with our vendors, and everything in between.
Alli was great and so helpful! She made sure everything was perfect for my day and scrambled around to do this while it was super windy on my day! Everything looked so beautiful. S...
he also was so great to my family and guests and always made sure that everyone constantly had a drink in their hand I never had to leave the dance floor!!
Highly recommend her for your day!
Alli was a true gem to work with! As a bride and a Covid bride, I had planned and re-planned my big day and all I wanted to do on the day of, was to enjoy it and be present, not w...
orry about anything else. Luckily I had Alli as my wedding day of coordinator, and I didn't have to know about a thing. She made sure everything was in order and running smoothly so we wouldn't have to worry about anything. With her help, we were able to fully focus on our friends and family and made it a night to remember! Alli went above and beyond her role; I had even spoken to my decorator after the wedding and she mentioned Alli in the highest regard also mentioning "she ran around to find batteries for your neon sign!" We would highly recommend Alli as a day of coordinator to any bride and groom!
Allie was amazing!! I just needed her for day of coordination and she was willing to customize a package for me. I was able to call her the couple times I needed to review my timel...
ine and ceremony details. She was able to make sure the day ran smoothly and ensured everything was checked off my list. The groom and groomsmen arrived on time (my biggest concern) and got all the photos they wanted. My small ceremony dinner was set up beautifully. And overall, I knew I was in good hands. Allie was the peace of mind I needed to ensure my wedding went how I envisioned. She was the support any brides needs! Allie was even able to make sure my heavy veil was pinned in securely for the ceremony, which was nice because my mom didn't really know what she was doing. I was on the fence about a day of coordinator but I know I could not have had the experience I had without Allie. She was such a blessing on my wedding day.
Loved meeting with Ali! She was knowledgeable and full of good ideas. She understood exactly what I was looking for. I felt like I would be in good hands. Only reason I didn’t hire...
