I had a wonderful experience dress shopping here, the staff was lovely. They helped me find the dress of my dreams!
Amazing service! They help me a lot with all my questions LOL. I wasn’t sure if my dress and the changed up to the moment I took it home with me! They are very patience and very pr...

Disappointing
- Owner seemed frustrated because I was losing weight due to stress..
- My dress wasn't cut correctly in the front so I actually tripped when I would walk.

aff cancelled my appointment the day of when I had the morning planned with my bridesmaids for a fitting.
There was one sales rep who was great Mari but other than that..
I would recommend another store if you want better treatment.
I traveled to this shop from Tampa for the unique selection and beautiful styles they offered. As a plus size bride, it was incredibly difficult to find shops that had larger sampl...
es... I spoke with the manager on the phone initially to see if they had samples I could try on in the styles I was looking for and was pleasantly surprised to find they did and he even suggested some alternative styles I could consider that were similar to the look I originally liked. Upon walking into the store you could tell the dresses at Alessa’s are very high end and just gorgeous compared to other designer shops I had been to previously. I was completely blown away by the very first dress I tried on and didn’t want to take it off. The staff made me feel like the most beautiful person in the world - everyone, from the fitting consultant to the manager to the seamstress, was super friendly and professional. They made for a wonderful experience! I can’t recommend this bridal boutique enough for the selection of gowns and excellent customer service.
I bought my dress from Alessa’s Because it was the only store in south Florida at the time to sell Mills Nova. I love my dress but the customer service was the worst I’ve dealt wit...
h throughout my wedding planning. Perhaps it was a language barrier but I wouldn’t reccomend to use them if you can find the dress you want somewhere else. They also ordered my dress too small and had to expand it 3 weeks before my wedding because they didn’t tell me they had my dress till 1 month before my wedding.
Had a wonderful experience! The staff is kind and welcoming. I loved that one of the first things they asked was what style I had in mind, then encouraged me to try on the options ...
they brought for me. So glad I did because one of those ended up being my wedding dress <3
It's a beautiful shop and the only place in Florida that sells Milla Nova dresses. Milla Nova was my favourite designer by far, they have very elegant and amazing quality dresses a...
nd cheaper than a lot of others, like Hayley Paige (which I also loved).
I initially tried on dresses when I was in Miami but I intended to buy mine from Toronto as that is where my wedding was. However, the same Milla Nova dresses in Toronto were almost double the price. I ended up buying my dress from Alessa's Bridal and had it shipped to a city at the US-Canada border (free shipping!) and then drove it to Toronto from there. They were willing to ship it for free to Toronto but I knew the customs fee would be extremely expensive, and decided I'd try my luck driving it myself. Fortunately customs didn't charge me anything :) The only issue is that they told me the dress would probably arrive in February and it ended up arriving at the end of March, so make sure you order early! It's definitely worth the wait.
Horrible service. Unprofessional. No communication skills. Do not recommend.
Talk about superb customer service! I contacted Alessa's Bridal because I wanted to try on the Milla Nova Ketlin dress. I am from out of state and had planned on flying to Miami fo...
r this specific dress. Eli informed me that they did not have the dress in the store, but they contacted Milla Nova and was getting a sample shipped in just for me. She did a great job communicating with me and letting me know when the dress arrived so I could rest assured that I was not flying in for no reason. She even sent me pictures of the dress in the store once they received it. I ended up finding a dress in my home state and did not come down, to which Eli was extremely understanding. I am so appreciative of how helpful Alessa's was in accommodating my needs.
Yoly Stanbury assured us that the milla nova dress - Betti would be at her shop. I double checked 2 weeks before. June 1st, Yoly was not there and nobody had any idea who I was w...
hen I walked in with my mother and best friend. We flew in the night before; our appt was 10:30 next day (6/1/2017) and this was very disappointing. I would not trust them even if I had decided on a dress. Unprofessional all the way!
