The food and drinks were amazing! So many people from our wedding got seconds or even thirds for dinner. We loved the space, the location in OTR, and the ease of planning!
We used Mad Tree Alcove Gathering space for our garden party in the Biergarten couples shower, and it was so perfect. The Gathering space is gorgeous, with greenery hanging from th...
e ceiling and walls, large windows, a fabulous moss wall and a great bar set up. Bathrooms were right down a hall in our own space. Planning and set up with Liv was so easy. She is a great communicator, helpful, kind, met with us beforehand and checked in throughout. She made great suggestions, was open to our ideas and whims and made it so easy! They let us set up a cornhole area, use a patio umbrella and bring in things to fit our garden party theme. She and our dedicated bartender, Jess provided to-go boxes for the bountiful leftovers and everyone raved about the great selection of MadTree beers on tap and the vodka sodas at the bar. Jess helped throughout to clear items and keep everyone set on drinks. Classy, effortless and well-executed throughout. Would 100% work with Liv and Jess at MadTree again for the customized party experience that was easy and very well-done!
We loved our venue and the food was amazing. The venue is absolutely stunning and we were able to accommodate 80 guests all on the first level of the loft. The loft does have a sec...
ond level which is why it can accommodate more but if you want everyone on the same floor space you'll have to limit the count to 80. I did have to put in a lot of the work for communication between me and the event team to plan the date for our tasting and ensuring all details were correct. I never actually saw our day of coordinator and my sister in law did most of that. Everything went super smooth and would recommend Alcove as long as you have someone to make sure everything goes smoothly day of.
We had a great experience! Alyse was great with communication during planning and Liv was wonderful night of. Everything looked beautiful and we got lots of compliments. The space ...

ful, my guest couldn’t stop raving about her! We did platted dinner, and it was completely seamless. It was a beautiful venue for what we needed. The one challenge for our guest was parking, but there are several lots in the area. We gave our guest a heads up and wasn’t an issue! I would absolutely recommend! Exceeded our expectations.

ent and very reasonable compared to similar venues. The space is gorgeous and the staff that was present during our ceremony and reception were fantastic. In particular, Liv, our day of captain, kept things running so smoothly and was kind, professional, and on top of every detail! The food was excellent, the bartenders were pros, and the space is unique and beautiful. Our wedding day was truly perfect! We had around 110 people, and everyone fit don’t. It felt cozy and fun, but never crowded! If you’re in the fence, go with Alcove!!!!

The loft is GORGEOUS, especially at night and we got so many compliments from our guests.
We had approximately 100 people at 11 tables and it felt cozy, but not cramped. And plenty of room for a dance floor.
We had our ceremony, then cocktail hour in the gathering room while the loft was flipped for dinner. All in all the timeline was so quick and efficient.
Food and drinks are incredible - great quality and price. Would recommend highly for any event.

We also chose Alcove because it’s full service. We loved that food & drink are taken care of (and extremely tasty) and the Alcove event staff handled all set up & tear down. A dream to be able to just leave after a long wedding day! We used rented decorations and our coordinator Alex graciously organized delivered/pick-up and unpacked/repacked everything for us!
Throughout planning our coordinator answered all my questions super quickly and always took them seriously. The staff is AMAZING!!!

On the day of, we did not have to worry about a thing because the staff at Alcove had it covered (from the bartenders to the wait staff to Carrie). r wedding had ~100 people and the space felt perfect. We were even able to have a separate sitting/cocktail table area in the upstairs loft. Their staff did an excellent job throughout the day and with a big room flip during our cocktail hour. We loved all of the Loft Room's natural light and greenery, and it made for beautiful pictures. Guests really enjoyed the food & drinks, as well as the overall atmosphere. Thank you Alcove!

ue spaces are beautiful, modern, and spacious. The Alcove food is absolutely spectacular, and we had such a hard time picking because everything was so good! Our guests raved about how delicious the food was! There was almost a small hiccup where the linen company was late for delivery (not Alcove's fault), but somehow Carrie and the team pulled off a quick room change right before the guests arrived. Thank you so much for everything you did for us! I highly recommend Alcove for your next gathering.
