What can I say about AJ’s Event Design & Planning? Our wedding was held in New York City, and Ashley was able to travel from her hometown to coordinate everything. She had never se...
en the venue, only through pictures, but when she arrived, it seemed as though she had been there before. Ashley's planning and attention to detail is sensational. She worked seamlessly with all our vendors, communicated effectively, and most importantly, made sure we were taken care of mentally.
Ashley understood the significance of this day for us, and the fact that she was able to multitask and show exceptional patience throughout the process made us highly recommend her for your big day. By the end of the wedding, she felt like family—something you don't always experience when working with vendors. This is clearly her calling, and I’m so grateful she traveled 9 hours to assist us in our union. Our family and friends raved about her.
If you're looking for someone who can get the job done, work well with others, show grace and patience, and ensure everything is done on time and in order, I would highly recommend AJ’s Event Design & Planning.
We found AJ on The Knot while looking for a day of wedding coordinator. We decided to go with her partial planning package and were so glad we did! After planning most of the weddi...
ng on our own, it was nice to have someone in the industry to answer our questions and bounce ideas off of. AJ offers several things you can rent for your wedding too. We rented her flower stands for our ceremony, and it turned out perfect! Prior to the wedding AJ met with the venue and their staff to walk through everything. She worked seamlessly with the venue staff to make everything run smoothly. On wedding weekend, she ran our rehearsal and made sure everything was perfect. On wedding day, she set up all of our florals, tables, decorations, etc. Our flower vendor provided a lot of extra florals and AJ made sure none went to waste. She found places to add more florals and really elevated our head table. I felt like I could relax because AJ had everything taken care of. She kept us on track with our timeline and worked well with the DJ to manage everything. She did all of this with a smile on her face. AJ is just good vibes! At the end of the night, she tore everything down and put our stuff back in our hotel room to take home the following day. Our family really appreciated her tearing down everything so we could keep the party going at the after party. AJ is kind, creative, organized, and dependable. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!

ntil the last minute of our big day Ashley was there to make things easy, seamless and stress free. Her attention to detail and focus helped us execute our big day with zero issues. I have heard so many horror stories from friends and family about planning weddings but I can't relate thanks to Ashley. At the end of our special day the only thing we were upset about was that we would no longer be meeting with Ashley going forward. We truly felt like she became a member of our family throughout this process. Our day was perfect and it was all thanks to her hard work and vision. As our special day approached it was a big stress relief knowing that we could trust the professional opinion of Ashley at every turn! 5 out of 5 stars isn't enough for her, she is truly one of the best in the business and you will not have any regrets if you choose her to help you on your big day!

eraction, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. She has an incredible ability to manage all the details seamlessly, staying on top of things without ever seeming too busy or intrusive.
AJ worked exceptionally well with the bride, groom, and our entire family, making sure everyone felt comfortable and cared for. Her personable nature and professionalism truly stood out. She expertly handled all the behind-the-scenes logistics, making the event flow smoothly and effortlessly. We were amazed at how she managed to be everywhere at once, yet always calm and composed.
Thanks to AJ's leadership and dedication, the wedding day was perfect, and our family is incredibly grateful for all she did. If you're looking for a coordinator who combines efficiency, warmth, and exceptional organizational skills, look no further than AJ. She made a special day even more memorable.

nticipated our needs throughout the day, ensuring we had everything we needed, even going as far as providing us water during photos and setting up food and drinks for us in the bridal suite before the reception started. She transformed our vision into reality, seamlessly handling any challenges that arose, leaving us completely free of worries for the entire day. AJ's expertise as a coordinator is matched only by her warmth as a person; we're grateful for the opportunity to work (and dance!) with her. Finding her was a blessing, and our wedding day wouldn't have been half as magical nor half as smooth without her; we even received compliments from our guest on the amazing job she did! There are not enough praises I could write for AJ that could accurately capture her value, but I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a wedding or day of coordinator!
I had the absolute pleasure and privilege to work with AJ for a recent reception. I'm coming up on my 20th year DJing weddings and I've never met a coordinator in her FIRST year in...
the wedding industry working an event like she's done this for years. Everything was super smooth throughout the entire night, when I'd look to find her for crucial moments to start there she was already. She made my job a little bit easier which I also appreciate. AJ has a great personality and work ethic for the wedding business. I would love to work side by side with AJ's Event Design & Planning again.

ran smoothly. Our guests had even taken notice & provided us great feedback about her.
She was very professional, efficient, communicative, and knowledgeable. She provided me advice & supported me with every decision I made. I was very confident through the whole process that I was being taken care of and it relieved me of a lot of stress!!
Then, she was so fun at the wedding. She had such a positive vibe that my guests were comfortable talking with her. She danced with us. Handled drunken hugs like a champ. All the while making sure we stayed on time and helped clean up at the end of the day.
My wedding couldn’t have gone any better. It was an amazing day & I give A LOT of credit to AJ.
