I loved the service. They captured some amazing pictures. However, the contract said they would arrive an hour before the event and be completely set up before the start of the eve...

nt. I was contacted a day before the event and ask for contact info for the day of. Since I was the bride, I have my moh phone number. The day of event at 302p I received an email asking if they could arrive at 4 to be completely set up by 6. At 327p I was contacted again for them to tell me they would arrive between 445p-500p. My moh called them at 515 to ask where they were. They arrived about 520p-530p. They were not set up before the event started and actually had to be rushed to finish before the grand entrance 30 minutes after the start time because the backdrop was laying on the floor and guest had to walk around it. The attendant was super nice and offered to stay later to make up for it, but we contracted them until the end of the event, so that wasn’t beneficial.
