About this vendor
Agape Moments is an award-winning photography company based in Oak Grove, MN, that services weddings in Minnesota. As a family-run business, couples will have a chance to connect with their photographer on a more personal level. While we mostly service the metro area we also love to travel and are available for destination weddings.
Our style is mostly photojournalistic. We love to take a documentary approach but also are aware that people do not dip and twirl in parks without being told. With that, we give a lot of direction throughout your day to help create natural images. We desire your images to have a story-telling feel and will go to any lengths to make your day feel comfortable. We love receiving Pinterest ideas, and hearing about your style as we want your day to truly reflect who you are as a couple.
We have three wedding packages to choose from. Each package contains online viewing access with a download, complimentary engagement session, and copyright of edited images and extras on a flash drive. Add-on items, such as additional hours, proof or luxury album, or a boudoir session can be applied at any time and based on availability.
Our love of photography and passion for art shines through our final product. Our experienced photographers realize that candid moments don’t always just happen and are comfortable giving direction to couples and wedding party to create natural images. We encourage couples to tell us about your vision for the style of the photos, so that we can adapt to your vision. Communication and helping create a timeline for your day allows us to create stunning images that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.

Kelly was phenomenal and made our day so easy! She is so fun to work with and our photos turned out beautiful! I'd recommend Agape Moments to any bride in a heartbeat!
From our first conversation, we knew Agape Moments was the right choice for us. Kelly has been part of our journey for years—capturing everything from our engagement to our kids to...
our wedding day—and she truly felt like family on our big day. Her communication was always quick and thoughtful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The photos are stunning and honestly worth every penny. When I look through our wedding album, I get to relive the entire day, moment by moment. Multiple guests reached out asking who photographed our wedding because Kelly did such an incredible job capturing not just the events, but the real feeling of who we are as a couple.
I truly cannot recommend Agape Moments enough. Wedding photos were one of the most important parts of the entire day to me, and Sarah knew that from the beginning. I told her more ...
than once how much the photos meant to me, and she completely exceeded every expectation I had. She captured our day beautifully, and the schedule she had planned worked flawlessly, I was concerned that we wouldn't have time to capture everything that I wanted but we were so ahead of schedule and nothing felt rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her couples and about the final result. These photos are something we will treasure forever, and I am so thankful we chose her.

Kelly was flexible and was very communicative about what she needed from us as well as listening to what we wanted for our wedding day.
Our photos turned out exactly how we hoped they would – excellent quality with tasteful editing. And timely too! We loved the hidden gems in the unedited extras we received as well!
Seriously, stop looking at other photographers. Kelly and Agape are professional, flexible, fun, and overall great at their jobs! We can’t say enough about them and couldn’t be happier with our photos and the memories of our wedding day! Thank you, Kelly, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to capture our special day! The photos are priceless and everything we imagined and more! They were open with all communication and even went along with our weird, silly ideas with a smile. It made all the difference!! We wish we could give them more than five stars and recommend Agape Moments to everyone we know.

t we wanted in our wedding photos. We had our engagement session, and it was beyond incredible! Kelly made my husband and I feel comfortable in front of the camera. As we got closer to the wedding, Kelly reached out to make sure everything was good to go. From timeline assistance to shot lists, Kelly was there! I sent an email 5 AM the morning of the wedding, and Kelly showed up ready to go with updates to the shot list! Our photos were absolutely incredible, even better than we could’ve ever imagined!
Sarah was everything and more that we wanted in a wedding photographer. She captured so many incredible moments on our special day, it was almost impossible to decide what pictures...
to print for our home. Sarah made us feel so comfortable and took shots that were very flattering of both of us. My husband and I were very nervous and self conscious about how we would look in pictures and she made us both feel so good about ourselves. I had a large bruise on my arm the week of the wedding and when I let her know , she covered it up in every single one of the edited photos. I had sent her a ton of pictures of other couples posed at our venue and asked if she could take those shots; her and Kelly showed up on the day of the wedding with a printed list of those shots and checked them off as we took them. They were so incredibly kind, professional and truly made our day so amazing. The family photos were so well organized and our families were both very impressed. If I were to do the day all over again, having Sarah as my photographer would be an absolute must. I can’t thank them enough for beautifully capturing our magical , fairytale day 💕

is so talented. We were lucky enough to also have Anniston with as our second shooter for our wedding. She helped with our engagement photos and wedding day she reassured me (the bride) that dog paw prints on my wedding dress could be covered and helped fan my dress out in the most stunning way. Sarah and Anniston are a great team and I can’t recommend their services enough. From allowing us to be goofy and laughing, to capturing us in our most vulnerable first look moments during wedding day, they made each step fun and guided us while still allowing us to be “us”.
Sarah and her incredible team have been photographing our family for well over a decade. Between 3 weddings and three (soon to be four) children throughout our immediate family and...
extended family, there has never been a question as to who was going to capture our most treasured moments! She has such an effortless talent for framing the perfect shot and really telling your story through her photography. Working with Sarah over the years has allowed our family to be surrounded with the most precious memories on a daily basis. We can’t say enough about her professionalism, eye for just the right shot and the relationship we’ve formed over the years. I can’t wait continue to watch her magic over the years to come as our family grows!

m for their artistry to take beautiful photos. I've worked with Sarah and Kelly, and their talent is amazing.
Second is my story. I was supposed to get married in 2020, but our original plans fell through. We had a small ceremony a few months after our original date, and the team provided mini wedding packages to accommodate their interrupted 2020 weddings. Agape's team helped make the day so special and took gorgeous photos. Fast forward to our reception in August, and Sarah came back down to St. Paul to capture our reception day as if it was our original wedding day. The photos turned out amazing and really captured our Art Deco venue as well as the fun and love of the day. I'm so grateful for the flexibility and understanding of the Agape Moments team and their commitment and passion to bring the beauty of weddings and family photos to life. They truly helped this bride get through a very stressful wedding season.

h and the photos turned out awesome. We were able to include our dog both times as well :) They were easy to work with through the ever-changing pandemic situation and getting the wedding album is great since we can now share that with family & friends who weren't able to make it due to the pandemic.

to originally postpone our big celebration this year due to Covid, they were understanding and helped us move our contract to next year without any extra fees or hassle. This was not true of all of our vendors and was something we really appreciated. Kelly was our engagement photographer and also did our "mini" wedding this summer. Our families noticed her bright and bubbly personality that made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. She was extremely efficient in the 93 degree heat and allowed us to take water and A/C breaks throughout. When we got our photos, we were able to relive our special day all over again and we can't wait to work with Kelly and the Agape team again for our big celebration in 2021.
We used Agape for our wedding photographer. Kelly is an absolute delight to work with and a ray of sunshine. She made sure we were comfortable and had all the shots we wanted. Our ...
package included engagement photos, which we hadn’t been planning on doing but we were glad we did. It also came with a photo album full of wedding photos - such a time saver to not have to put that together ourselves. We got digital and flash drive copies of all the photos. They always got back to us in a very timely manner if we had any questions. We loved working with them and have no regrets!

The Agape Moment team also helped so much in the process of making my day of timeline so that it made sense with my needs and wants as well as when to take pictures. ng about. They were flexible with our scheduling needs and conscious of our budget. Overall we are happy with out photos. However I was disappointed in some of our bridal party and many of our group family photos. There are many pictures where the bride and groom are off to the side or awkwardly in front of some of the group or there are a few people spaced too far off to one side. It was very clear there was a need for positioning and staging directions. Faces are hidden in some photos as well and overall the formal group photos do not look professional.
Our friends referred Agape Moments to us for our engagement photos and wedding day photographer and I am so happy for their recommendation!

Our day was beautifully captured and the photos turned out better than we could have ever imagined. I would recommend Agape Moments to anybody looking for a photographer - newborn photo shoots, engagement sessions... they really do it all!

. Sarah did a great job on our engagement pictures. And Sarah and Kim were so awesome to work with on our wedding day. They showed up early (which I love) and rolled with the punches the whole day. We had a million family photos which got to be overwhelming, but they remained positive and got all the shots that we wanted. Also, Kendra has been great to email with and is always so responsive. Would definitely recommend Agape!

gagement/wedding photos for my sister in 2007. For my wedding, photos were one of the most important things to me, so I knew that I wanted a vendor I could trust would do a great job. Needless to say, they went above and beyond, and did an absolutely amazing job! Throughout the entire process of booking/photo sessions/etc., everyone at Agape Moments was wonderful to work with. They were friendly and flexible, making coordination of our photos a breeze even though we live in a different state and are challenging to reach due to our schedules. They took into account our ideas/wishes, making sure to incorporate them into our photos. They made us feel comfortable, from making us laugh during photos (a challenge as my husband is not a huge fan of taking photos!), to offering to carry my wedding shoes so that my feet would not blister. They are fun, and truly care! We took engagement photos in the cold winter, and wedding photos in the hot summer, and all of them turned out perfect. We have received so many compliments from our friends and family. Agape Moments also made us the most lovely photo book; we would have never been able to put together something so special. It is evident that a lot of time, skill, heart, and passion go into their work. They captured all of our special moments, which my husband and I will always cherish. We give Agape Moments our highest recommendation, as they exceed everything that you want in a photographer!

s in poses and making us look our best. There was not one photo I didn't like and she did a great job of getting a variety of photos. Her staff were also wonderful to work with, especially when my grandmother passed away nine days after my wedding. They were very accommodating by getting my album done and sending it to me early so I could have photos of my grandmother from the wedding to be used for the funeral. Wonderful, kind people to work with; I would highly recommend Agape Moments and Sarah to anyone!!
