I had such an amazing, memorable, professional, and easy-going experience with Agape Event Consulting! When I initially reached out to Agape Event Consulting, Mrs. Robin was extremely professional, organized, and helpful from the very beginning. I had some inspiration and ideas prepared for what I wanted my reception to look like, and she was able to truly bring my vision to life! She had previously decorated a friend’s wedding, and after seeing her work, I knew I could trust her with my own special day. The level of communication we had with Mrs. Robin was phenomenal, and we felt so confident in our decision to hire her. She made sure that everything she showed us was something we genuinely wanted and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and willingness to make sure we were happy with each decision made the planning process so easy and enjoyable. Our reception turned out absolutely beautiful, not only because of the amazing work she put in leading up to the wedding, but also because of the work she and her team put in the morning of the wedding. Everything came together beautifully, and I was so excited to walk into our reception and see the vision we had discussed become a reality! And let's talk about the price! When we reached out to other decorators, we were being quoted $3,500+ for reception décor. Mrs. Robin was incredibly accommodating and was able to provide us with the décor we wanted within our $2,000 budget. That was a HUGE win for us! I will say that we weren't extremely picky about our décor, so we gave Mrs. Robin a lot of creative freedom, and she absolutely delivered. We also had fun party favors (tambourines) and thank-you cards at each seat, which doubled as additional décor alongside Mrs. Robin's beautiful work. If you want professionalism, affordability, BEAUTY, and someone who will genuinely listen to your vision on your big day—and, not to mention, a Black-owned business—definitely book with Agape Event Consulting! I would recommend Mrs. Robin and Agape Event Consulting over and over again. We had such an outstanding experience working with her, and I have no doubt that other brides will enjoy working with her just as much as we did. She helped make our reception beautiful, memorable, and truly feel like OUR wedding!

I had the pleasure of working with Agape Event Consulting for my sister and brother in law’s baby shower, and I am still floating on cloud nine! We went with the cutest “We can bearly wait” theme using sage green, gold, and just a soft touch of baby blue. Robin and her team took my wild ideas and completely blew me away with how they brought it to life. Every single detail was gorgeous: - They set up a gorgeous sweetheart table for the mom and dad-to-be with an adorable bear backdrop. - Every guest table had its own special place setting with cute little bears. - The food and gift tables looked so polished and put-together. - They even created a dedicated photo backdrop that said “We can bearly wait” so everyone could snap pictures with the parents. Aside from how talented they are, Robin was so easy to work with. She completely respected my budget and even shared a list of her favorite local vendors to help me pull everything together seamlessly. If you need an event planner who actually listens and pours their heart into your special day, definitely book them. AGAPE truly lives up to its name, everything they do is done with so much love. I’d use them over and over again in a heartbeat!
