Most importantly, the bride and groom were able to enjoy their wedding throughout, surrounded by their loving family and friends. Their happiness was evident the moment they held hands and walked into the chuppah, and that joy only grew throughout the evening. Because everything was so thoughtfully planned, we were all able to be fully present over the entire weekend—and that was such a gift. We loved working with AE events and highly recommend them.

f the most amazing and magical evening, she was there. She guided us with such tremendous organization, attention to detail, clarity and professionalism. She kept us on task, with out any pressure throughout the year. The entire weekend went off with out any issues. It was truly flawless. Her references of the vendors was spot on. She was worth every penny of value for the services she provided for us. She and her staff's pleasant and calming demeanor was so invaluable. I can not give enough accolades to them.

were beyond outstanding! Additionally, they anticipated the needs of everyone and responded immediately (and with a smile). I am still in awe of the evening and all of the work that went into it to make it happen. THANK YOU, AE!

bella’s to Garner museum. Every step along the way was magical. The team thought of every detail, big and small and brought our families fishing into life. It was like being in a fairytale from beginning to end.

o plan your wedding or event. Caroline, the ultimate organizer queen who always keeps you on time and reminds you to hold up your end of the bargain (wedding planning is a team sport and you want someone like this helping you!). Phoebe, the creative, gentle soul who always reminds you that love is at the center of this process and brings you back to earth when you start to sweat the small stuff. Christine, the one who started it all but always lets her team shine (but is also the fiercest negotiator!). Our wedding weekend went down flawlessly- there was not a single second of stress for us and that’s thanks to this team. They always keep it honest , but move mountains to achieve your dreams. I couldn’t recommend them more. They are THE BEST OF THE BEST.

ed, and detailed. They make it happen! We can't wait to work with AE Events again. Thank you!

t gloriously smoothly. I hope to work with her again in the future if her clients would enjoy live strings at their event. Thank you, Caroline!

ry busy people who struggle with timelines). They had things under control every minute of the process. More impressive, we had visibility into the status of every detail every step of the way. They are the 'couturiers' of wedding planning: we had a unique vision for our wedding, and they worked tirelessly with us to build this thing from scratch with the right vendors (they have an excellent network). We never felt like they were running a playbook or tapped out on rounds of feedback. They were expert mediators and set a wonderful tone, binging good vibes and a practical lens to every conversation, even when conflict was flaring on our side. In the days after our wedding, friends and family have reached out to tell us that our wedding was "the most magical party they've ever been to", "like nothing else", and "more special and intimate than any wedding we've attended." That's all thanks to Phoebe and Caroline's rigor, team spirit, and love of the work.

fe moment, while making each step smooth, well-planned, and meaningful. With their thoughtful planning, AE made wedding planning feel fun and not rushed – they spaced out our planning work with a good pace, allowing us to focus on making each component exactly what we’d desire. They were extremely professional in working with vendors, communicating our vision for the event, negotiating, and ensuring no mistakes were made. They were highly organized, always quick on following up, very communicative, and proactive.   When we got to the wedding day, the execution was flawless. Watching AE pull it all together was like watching a conductor bringing an amazing orchestra into harmony. They coordinated everything so smoothly, including the florals, lighting, food, room set up, band set up, sound, ceremony space, and everything else that went into the event. In their interactions with us, the bride & groom, they were so joyful, positive and cheerful – never stressed or rushed. They captained the entire day with such poise, calmness, and positive energy for us. This allowed us to focus on getting the most out of this experience. We could not be more grateful to this outstanding team for making the most wonderful weekend of our lives possible. Thank you AE!

edding. and they were the first vendor my partner and I reached out to after we got engaged. Their professionalism, industry contacts, attention to detail and responsiveness is unmatched. AE Events ability to execute the vision of a couple and keep an event authentic to who couple is incredible. Their event team will support the couple through every step of the planning process and use their years of experience an industry knowledge to connect the couple with the best possible venues and vendors. AE Events is worth every penny and we couldn't have had the amazing event we had without their team.

as when needed, but let us make our own choices the desired. They helped develop a wedding budget and updated it throughout the process. They truly helped to make my daughter's wedding a perfect weekend that we will cherish forever.

which was truly perfect. Everything was done beautifully. We were recommended fantastic vendors, and I kept saying that I felt like I didn’t do anything because AE took care of everything. They helped me navigate all kinds of difficulties, and the day itself truly went off without a hitch. My husband and I were blown away by how beautiful everything was, by how seamlessly everything flowed, by how relaxed we felt because we knew AE had it under control. As such, we really got to enjoy our night. We both agree that our wedding was the best, nicest, prettiest, and well-organized wedding we’ve ever been to, not that we are biased or anything. But that’s a testament to our trust in Phoebe, Caroline, and the AE team. We knew from the planning process that they really knew their stuff and wouldn’t let anything slip through the cracks. Our guests all had resoundingly positive feedback on our wedding, from the venue, to the flowers, to the day-of paper, food, dessert, and the band! All of the vendors were meticulously researched and picked by AE. They offered me excellent options and never made me feel pressure to decide, even when we were up against the clock. I am so lucky to have had the best planning team (and execution team) in the whole world. It was the wedding of a lifetime.

eir respective visions and dreams. Our AE consultants performed throughout the timeframes with respect, professionalism, and the gentle prodding necessary to result in thoughtful, stunning, and memorable events. nd! The threesome of Phoebe, Kelsey and Courtney made planning this wedding in just 7 months an easy, stress free, joyous experience for all of us. The vendors we chose with guidance from the AE team ALL far exceeded our wildest expectations. So important and evident was the relationship and respect this AE team has with all of these vendors including floral, lighting, catering, photography, video, makeup, entertainment and more realized by how seamlessly all worked together. They all put 1000 % effort into making this wedding extra special. The AE team was professional, their level of communication extraordinary and such a pleasure to work with! I will absolutely be working with Phoebe, Kelsey and Courtney again (miss them already). If I could rate them with 20 stars, I would!

Our weekend was so perfect thanks to them- couldn’t have asked for better planners to help us execute our perfect weekend.

rocess was really nice. We did our wedding on a short timeline but it didn't feel like it was rushed or done in haste. We're hoping for some more family members to get engaged so we can work with them on another magical day together. Thank you so much AE, we were incredibly lucky to have your care through this journey.

how upbeat, fun, organized, and focused they were during every single team meeting and vendor visit prior to our wedding. They communicated so clearly and thoughtfully with us throughout the entire process (7 months!!), kept us on task and on track to hit every wedding deadline we needed to. Phoebe, Kelsey and Courtney do not feel like our wedding planners - at this point they all feel like friends and family. Cannot recommend this group enough to entrust with your special day. They really are dream makers at AE!!!

s. If you are looking for a low stress, high results event planner, you can't do better than working with Phoebe and Courtney at AE Events.

zed, efficient, detail oriented and incredibly calming and positive, all while keeping a handle on the budget. Not a detail was missed - details that i did not appreciate even existed. Guests noticed how flawless the entire weekend was. As the father of the bride i wanted my daughter to have her special day and boy did she. I would so highly recommend Phoebe without a single reservation to anyone who is considering hiring someone for an event. The knowledge of vendors and organization were off the charts - only to be surpassed by the level of customer service we all felt. THANK YOU PHOEBE and AE!!!

large scale events, both life cycle and non profit, and knew her team could handle it. Phoebe Allen was our lead planner, and was wonderful to work with. Phoebe was so accessible and helpful in organizing everything that had to be brought in to the farm-tent, linens, floral etc. She worked well to execute the vision and the bride and groom had, interfaced well with the band, florist, photographer and other vendors, and was on top of the budget. My son and daughter-in-love had the wedding of their dreams and we were very happy that we chose AE for our special weekend.

and talk through every random idea that popped into our heads! Thank you Phoebe and the AE team!

ggestions during planning discussions, and listening carefully to the wishes of the bride and groom. My entire family appreciates the work of Phoebe and her team. We highly recommend her and her team.

in the greater Boston area, choose AE! You will be nothing but happy about it. We worked with AE Events over the course of our 1.5-year engagement and absolutely enjoyed every second of their collaboration and guidance! We chose a venue at an industrial-chic art warehouse. Due to the large, open space, we had to plan everything from scratch. We knew we could not do it without help - we found AE Events, and it was obvious from the initial Zoom call that they were professional, amazing, and knowledgeable of the industry in and out. Phoebe from AE Events helped us pick out vendors and stay true to our vision, all while staying within budget and on schedule! She found creative ways to incorporate personal touches we wanted to our wedding - from having the family dog be a part of the celebration to having a unity tree ceremony to adding childhood photos to each of our dinner tables! She made a stressful process so easy for us - come our wedding week, I got multiple compliments about how relaxed I was... but it was all because of Phoebe and her team at AE Events! Come wedding day, multiple guests came up to us and were impressed with how smooth and amazing the day was - everything went perfectly without a hitch! Choose AE - they are the dream team to work with for your special day!!

d the party to be, we knew we needed the help of professionals. We were so incredibly impressed with what they put together in the span of 2 short months. Immediately after the first meeting, Phoebe inquired about the availability of the venue we wanted and started planning. We had weekly checkins with Amy, Karen, and Phoebe, and they really helped narrow down/pull together the scattered ideas we had. The team helped work through difficult budgeting obstacles, and in the end, we felt NOTHING was lacking. AE knew exactly what we could take out and what was absolutely necessary to make the event special. It was incredibly difficult to fill such a huge space like the MFA, and AE did it so effortlessly! Most of all, we were so so so impressed with the execution and day of coordination. Everything was seamless, and so many guests complimented us on the professionalism and helpfulness of the event coordinating team. I was already so nervous about everything, but the emotional support that Karen and Amy provided day of was beyond what I could've imagined. I truly felt that I just showed up, and got to enjoy the party with all of our guests. Thank you so much AE!

uccinct lol) enough to really neatly encapsulate how grateful we are to AE for planning our November wedding, but we will give it a try so that others hopefully book them for their weddings/events and have as great an experience as we did. We SO enjoyed working with AE - especially with Creative Lead and Senior Event Manager, Phoebe Allen - to plan a truly spectacular day. Phoebe is the rarest mix of endless creativity and flawless organization. She continually impressed us with her breadth of knowledge, leadership, and impeccable taste. Throughout the planning process she masterfully guided us through wedding decisions and made each choice fun, collaborative, and stress-free. The days leading up to the event and our actual wedding day could not have been more perfectly orchestrated and our guests are still messaging us weeks later about what a magical evening it was. We also had the pleasure of working with AE team members - Rena Stoloff, Karen Eaton, and Caitlin Theall who each brought expert coordination skills, great ideas, and amazing energy to the table. From our first zoom call with Amy Goldberg, we knew we were in great hands with AE Events, but they continued to blow us away at each and every wedding planning stage. We could never have pulled off such a special event without Phoebe, Rena, Karen, Caitlin, and Amy and are forever grateful to AE Events. You will not regret booking with these thoughtful, passionate, brilliant event professionals.

about what they do, and a collective of incredibly knowledgeable professionals in their field. The trust and confidence they instilled in us along the way was bar none and I feel truly lucky to have had such a wonderful team during the planning process for the best day of our lives. Day of, it was nothing but the dream wedding we had always imagined, and then some. Their communication was consistent, and they kept us on track during a lengthy planning period of over a year. Down to the last week I never felt so organized and relaxed about knowing what to expect during the weekend. They have a unique ability to read their clients when no words are said, and are, at the end of the day, stand up human beings. I am thankful to consider the team at AE a part of my inner circle now, and cannot recommend them enough! I want to plan another event just to be able to work with them again!

Phoebe and the whole events team that were there to ensure that every detail was taken care of.

hem. They curated a list of amazing venues and vendors for us to evaluate. They held our hands throughout the whole process and provided critical input and guidance as well. They are also unbelievably kind and FUN to work with! On my wedding day, I didn't worry about anything, they had it all perfect. I cannot recommend them enough!!

dor and went along with our wild ideas about everything! Phoebe was patient with all family members and opinions and helped my now husband and I stay focused on what would matter to us. Phoebe clearly loves what she does and her wedding day energy is calm and what any bride would be lucky to have on their day. I didn't have any time to worry about anything because before I had the chance, Phoebe and her team had figured it out. Any bride would be lucky to work with Phoebe and her team, I cannot recommend her enough!

ding without them! They helped us navigate uncertain times with such ease. There were times we wanted to give up during 2020 and they were always there pushing us along. We are a particularly indecisive couple but they helped us figure out what it was we wanted when we were struggling to articulate it ourselves. They helped us create a vision and they executed it beyond our wildest dreams. Everything from the high level planning items (such as finding the best vendors) down to the smallest details you’d never think of (so many little things on the day of!) they were there every step of the way. They go above and beyond to not only build your best day ever but take away so much of the stress that comes with planning. Once everything was over we realized how much we would miss them in our everyday lives! We could not recommend them enough!

From the second we started the process, AE events was there holding our hands and ensuring everything was perfect. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the process because we knew every detail was handled by their team. For me the most important thing was being able to actually enjoy the day and not be caught up in worrying or anxiety and that was truly possible because of the AE team. I will recommend them over and over again and look forward to using them for any events in the future.

or January due to COVID, then moving it to an immediate-family only celebration in October, they never missed a beat. 2020 was the stress-test year for event planning, and I cannot say enough about how professionally the AE team handled everything. No request was too small, no concern was too trivial, and no detail was overlooked. We are incredibly grateful to the team for all of their hard work and thoughtfulness throughout the process and would recommend them to anyone planning an event.

ay exceeded all of them. From making excellent vendor recommendations, to handling everything on the day of so I had nothing to worry about. Working with them you really feel like you have a whole team committed to making your day perfect. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I made and I would recommend them to anyone.
