Absolutely the most wonderful food, service and presentation! Our daughter was just married and we used Admiral Catering. Even though the wedding was held an hour away from their B...ryan location, they traveled from Bryan to be our caterer. Throughout the entire planning of a wedding, choosing a caterer, adding and changing the original bid (as our count went up and down and food choices changed), their willingness to provide us the best service was apparent. The day of the event, Mailynn and her assistants provided the best service and the food was excellent. My daughter was especially thrilled that along with the food set-up they brought greenery and cute wedding signage to enhance the food set-up. We were very satisfied with their catering and pricing and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
