We can't recommend Actually Ashley Events enough! We worked with Ashley Ashby and had the most amazing experience. She went so far above and beyond what we expected and stopped at nothing to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Ashley was an incredible resource for recommending vendors, timeline details, setup decisions and more to ensure that every aspect of the wedding was amazing. Her depth of knowledge of the industry and area was invaluable when planning out our wedding and we couldn't have done it without her. She also made sure that the execution of the actual day went off without a hitch! The night before our wedding a pipe ruptured in the lawn where our reception was going to be, flooding half the grass and preventing us from using that area as planned. Without missing a beat Ashley was able to rework our entire layout at the literal last minute, mirroring the whole setup and transforming it into a new configuration which was somehow even better than what we had initially planned! We didn't have to deal with a minute of stress because of how organized and on top of everything Ashley was. On the day of the wedding itself she ensured every last detail was perfect. Even when dinner and dancing were underway she personally made sure guests were having fun, everyone was supplied with drinks and food, the cake cutting and dances happened according to plan, and that the entire party went smoothly. Once again we could not have done this without Ashley and cannot recommend her enough!

Hiring Ashley Ashby for day of coordination from Actually Ashley Events was truly the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. I honestly cannot imagine our wedding day going any more smoothly. Ashley worked with us during the month leading up to the wedding and completely took the reins on the big day. From setting up tables and coordinating all of our vendors to keeping everyone on schedule, making sure the timeline was followed to a tee, and even helping with cleanup at the end of the night, she went above and beyond in every possible way. I am someone who tends to be pretty anxious, so the fact that I had zero stress on my wedding day says everything about Ashley. I had complete trust in her to execute our vision, and she did exactly that. I never once felt like I needed to check on anything, track down a vendor, or worry about whether something was happening when it was supposed to. I could just enjoy the day and be present with my husband, family, and friends. There were genuinely no hiccups that I was aware of throughout the entire day—and if there were things happening behind the scenes, Ashley handled them so seamlessly that I never knew about them! She kept everyone on timeline, coordinated all of our vendors, and made sure every little detail was taken care of without ever making us feel like we had anything to worry about. Ashley was organized, proactive, calm, incredibly capable, and such a pleasure to work with. She took the vision we had spent so much time creating and brought it to life flawlessly. If you are debating whether or not you need a day-of coordinator, hire Ashley. Having her there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of managing it. We are so incredibly grateful to Ashley and would recommend her to absolutely anyone planning a wedding. She made our wedding day feel effortless, and we could not have asked for a better person to have in our corner!
