as as well as execution all while keeping within our budget. She was flexible and very easy to communicate with leading up to the event and prepped and ready for anything and everything on the event day. She expertly and seamlessly coordinated performers, vendors and other key players for the event. I would highly recommend her services.
I recently worked with Rachel Schulte, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Her vision was clear and creative—she effortlessly transformed my initial ideas into...
a cohesive concept that perfectly reflected the theme and goals. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, showcasing an incredible eye for design that balanced elegance, functionality, and personality.
Beyond aesthetics, her attention to detail was second to none. From vendor coordination to timeline management, nothing was overlooked, and every small touch made a big difference in the overall experience. Communication was proactive and consistent, keeping us informed at every stage and ensuring there were no surprises on the day of the event.
Thanks to her professionalism and artistry, the event ran flawlessly and exceeded all expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner to bring the vision to life.

ive to every detail of making my vision happen on a tight budget. What I truly loved most was her enthusiasm in wanting to make my vision a reality— she truly wanted this party to be the best it could be and fit exactly what I wanted without breaking the bank. This is where her creativity really shined. The day of, thanks to her, everything went off without a hitch and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I cannot recommend her enough!
Rachel is an amazing event coordinator, and as someone who went to the launch party of Act Five Events, it was an overall blast to be at! She's amazing at balancing being personabl...
e and professional, and she's able to get everyone's attention if needed. The launch party was an amazing time to be at, and I only knew a few people there, I left that night knowing a LOT more people than I did when I walked in. If you hire her she's going to make sure everyone has a good time, but she's also going to make sure it's memorable, too!
