Ace Limousine & Airport Service

rtant day run smoothly. The reservation staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When making the arrangements, they answered their business phone promptly and their staff could work interchangeably with our job information. We had a change in plans between our draft itinerary and the final approved itinerary, and their office staff handled it with ease. On the day of the event, the driver(s) arrived early, were helpful loading and unloading supplies and people into the van and were friendly and professional. The van was clean and in good working order. The communication on the day of the event was excellent. We highly recommend them for event transportation and would use them again.

rivers were pleasant and everything ran smoothly and on time. One of the shuttles had to wait for a missing person and they were very understanding. Ace Limo helped us determine the best shuttles for our wedding needs and made adjustments as needed.

fantastic. She kept us up-to-date of her schedule every step of the way. Truly 5-star service! Thank you!

ay, the rides were smooth and the service was excellent. We’d recommend them to anyone!

ange the schedule the week of to accommodate different wedding parties. Great vendor, would 100% hire them again

ith great results, which is exactly why I felt completely confident stepping in as the Best Man and main transportation point of contact for my best friend’s wedding. I personally spent weeks coordinating with Samantha at Ace, as well as the couple’s wedding planners, to ensure a flawless itinerary. Sadly, what we experienced on the wedding day was a total operational collapse. Without a single phone call, text, or email to me or the planning team, Ace decided to swap our reserved party bus for a generic Greyhound-style coach. They later claimed the original vehicle had an air conditioning issue. Having worked in events, I understand that mechanical failures happen, but the complete failure to communicate a major vehicle change to the designated point of contact is unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, they secretly outsourced the job. The driver who showed up didn’t even work for Ace; he was a third-party contractor (we still do not know who or what company it was outsourced to) who clearly hadn’t seen a single page of the itinerary Samantha and I had spent hours perfecting. That lack of preparation quickly turned into a disaster on the way to the ceremony. I realized we were heading in completely the wrong direction and literally had to leave my seat on a moving bus, walk up to the front, and physically tap the driver on the shoulder to get his attention because he was driving with his AirPods in. Despite my immediate corrections, his navigation blunders meant we were dropped off at the wrong location. Because of this, the bride was forced to walk the rest of the way to the church, exposing her to arriving guests and completely ruining the private, unseen arrival she had been looking forward to her entire life. You would expect a driver to snap to attention after a massive mistake like that, but the exact same thing happened on the way to the reception. Instead of heading to the venue, he obliviously started driving us back toward the hotel. For the second time that day, I had to play navigator, intervening and redirecting him to get us back on track while he continued to wear his AirPods. It is absolutely absurd that the Best Man had to babysit a hired driver all day just to get the wedding party from point A to point B. A transportation company’s job is to alleviate stress on a wedding day, not be the primary cause of it. Ace Limo took our money, completely ignored the careful planning we did with their own staff, outsourced the job to an unprepared contractor, and failed at basic communication. Despite my previous positive history with this company, this experience was entirely unacceptable, and I will never recommend Ace Limo again.

ful when it comes to navigating competing offers and prices, without being pushy! We had two services with them, a stretch limo service from our venue, to our church, and then back down to the venue, which fit the bridal party and groom (7) on the way up, and then back with the addition of the bride (8). We had no issues fitting in the limo, and my dress was a slightly larger A-line gown. We also had an SUV service to take up the bride and her father separately from the venue to the church ceremony, also a great service! Both drivers were incredible and very attentive to all guests, and provided a very smooth ride! I would absolutely recommend Ace Limo all around for any of your wedding transportation needs!

fund, but that doesn’t change how unacceptable it was. We planned a sparkler grand exit and were supposed to leave right away, but instead we were left standing outside while our guests were leaving, trying to figure out where our driver was. We even received a text an hour before saying the driver was on the way, only to find out they had gone home. We ended up calling an Uber. This should not happen, especially on a night like this.

nd got everyone there safely and on time.

vided such a wonderful, stress-free experience. It gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing that all of our guests had a safe ride back to the hotel. We truly appreciate everything the Ace team did to help make our wedding day so seamless and enjoyable.

he day of was prompt and courteous. Smooth sailing on the day of with no issues. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

e divers were professional. Would definitely hire again!

me all would be well. Our driver, Jim, was prompt, professional and took great care of us. I will use and recommend Ace Limo in the future.

g was in line with other companies in the area but it was their customer service that sold us. It was super easy to pay them and when there was a mix-up with our invoice, they corrected the problem right away. On wedding day, our driving was easy to communicate with and was very friendly and professional. He helped us carry some of our things out of the venue at the end of the night as well, which was a big help. When we returned home the day after our wedding, we were pleasantly surprised to find a package on our doorstep containing two custom luggage tags with our names and our wedding date on them. It was so thoughtful! We would have booked them again anyway but that added touch was so special and definitely sealed the deal for us. Would work with them again!

ur was incredibly courteous and professional, making both us and our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. One of the biggest highlights was how easy it was for our guests to locate the shuttle. It was clearly organized and stress-free. It truly eased our minds knowing that our guests didn’t have to worry about transportation between our host hotel and the venue. We also really appreciated being able to schedule multiple loops, which ensured that all of our guests were accommodated without any issues or long wait times. Overall, the service was reliable, seamless, and well-executed. We would absolutely use Ace Limousine & Airport Service again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of dependable group transportation!

n for the number of guests. Driver showed up on time, was professional, and even provided water at the end of the night. The shuttle we chose was very comfortable and clean. We debated not using transportation for our wedding, because of how close it was, but int he end I am glad we went for it, it made the end of the night so much easier and less stressful.

. With last minute change of plans she just went with the flow and remained the calm I needed in my biggest moment. Thank you!

ing day needs. We did a one way limo bus for our wedding party and the price and value was very reasonable for the service that we received. A week prior to the wedding, they called and reached out to us to finalize and confirm all of our details which included an additional stop at a different location for photos. The limo bus was roomy, working AC, filled with water, and we were able to connect our phone to play music in the speaker system. Calvin was our driver and he was very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend Ace Limo for wedding transporation needs

ect guest transportation and the party bus proved to be a blast for the wedding party! I highly recommend Ace Limousine services for your next event!

er arrived with more than enough time, was incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to help us in any way we needed. The limo was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with champagne, which was the perfect touch to celebrate. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Ace Limo to any couple looking for reliable, thoughtful, and top-quality service.

timeline for transportation for the entire day of our wedding. They showed up right on time and hit their timeline almost to the minute. They even sent us a gift to congratulate us! If we ever need to transport a large party again, Ace Limo will be the first phone call we make.

aintained close communication with both myself and my wedding planning. They were extremely accommodating when changes to timing needed to be made last minute. The only downside to our experience: one of the shuttles briefly broke down during transportation from the hotel block to the wedding venue, however Ace resolved the issue and none of the guests missed the ceremony. For reference, we had two of the 52 person shuttles with approximately 75 guests needing transportation to/from two different hotel blocks.

our wedding!

elped us plan for a complicated event with a lot of moving parts. Once we figured out our exact timeline for the wedding day, Ace allowed us to change our reservation by several hours which greatly helped with all of our planning for the day. On our wedding, the drivers were all on time and very respectful. We could not have asked for things to go more smoothly.

e venue for our guests. It could not have gone more smoothly!! I would absolutely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them :)

ed off at our venue. After that we needed them to pick up our family at the hotel and bring them to the venue. Everything logistically went smoothly. Josie was the sweetest, a professional and a great driver. The vehicle was spacious, comfortable, clean and had bottled water for us. Ace was very easy to work with and very reliable.
