Mrs. Nikki's catering was the talk of my wedding!!!! She truly has a passion for cooking and it showed in her food on my wedding day. The food was warm and very flavorful, just as ...
it was when my husband and I did our tasting. She is confident in her skills and her food is very consistent. She also did my wedding cake and my husband's Cowboy themed groom's cake. The cakes were beautiful and tasted good, but the highlight was by far all of the food. Her staff were very professional and personable and got the bridal party and guests whatever they needed in a timely manner.
