If it was possible, I would've refused the limo service on the spot. Where to start... I booked well in advance and confirmed all details over the phone the week of. On our wedd...ing day, the driver was 30 minutes late, he had no idea where he was taking us or any of the itinerary we had shared when booking. Lastly, the limo hadn't even been cleaned... there were empty beer cans, champagne bottles, dirty glasses, it had an odor of stale beer, it wasn't pretty frustrating. We didn't notice all the garbage before leaving because everything was so late. When we got to the church, we told the driver about all the issues since he had about two hours before we'd get back in the limo. His response was "that should've been cleaned I'm sorry" and he parked in the back behind the church and did nothing about it. For what we paid, I would've expected a little more effort from the company and the driver.
