A-1 was the transportation provider for our wedding day, and we are very happy with the service they provided. The limo for the bridal party and the charter bus for the rest of our...
guests were both clean and comfortable. The drivers were on time and polite, and we really appreciated that the charter bus was available all night to take any guests who needed to leave the reception early back to the hotel.
A1 Limousine was on-time, professional, and very nice! The drivers let us play our own music and everything was seamless - sad to hear some people had some issues!
We used A1 for our wedding limo for the bride and bridesmaids this past June as they were our venue's preferred vendor. It was fine through the booking process, but they were very ...
unprofessional the day of my wedding and afterwards.
The driver showed up an hour and fifteen minute before they were supposed to arrive at 2 p.m. and kept trying to get us to leave early. It became clear very early on that A1 had double booked the limo (we had paid for four hours but they knew that we were only traveling one way- from where we were getting ready to the wedding venue). We eventually all got into the limo and my bridesmaids asked if could play music and driver told us there was an aux cord somewhere and to figure it out. Upon arriving at the venue the driver immediately tried to make us get out and when we said we needed to wait for the photographer to arrive so we could do photos getting out of the limo and of my first look- he responded "well I need to get to another job..." We waited in the limo about 15 minutes outside of our venue until my photographer was ready for us and the ENTIRE time the driver kept making comments to my bridesmaids about how we needed to get going and get out of the limo. It got to the point I was almost crying and my bridesmaid had to calm me down before my first look.
At that point my husband and I were just going to let it go and not leave a review at all, but then we realized that A1 had charged us $300 OVER the quoted price. I called A1 the day after my wedding to let them know and I was sent to the voicemail of the person who handles weddings... after the phone range their was no voicemail box. I must have had to call four or five times to get it all sorted out. It took us until August 13 to get the $300 back. It was truly a circus trying to get the right person to talk to about what had happen. I was told by two separate people from A1 that they were sorry and understaffed, etc etc. but them being understaffed is no excuse for their driver's behavior and huge error in billing.
Brides and grooms beware! They were by far our worst wedding vendor and most stressful part of the wedding day for me as the bride.
Unfortunately, the Rolls Royce we reserved from 2 pm to 4 pm broke down on our trip. We got in the car at 3:30 pm- totally our right to get in the car whenever we wanted. During th...
e 30 minute ride, the car broke down. The driver was kind and accommodating- it was not his fault obviously and he tried to fix the problem. However, we arrived back at the hotel late because we traveled back at 3 mph and we did not want to get out and travel in an Uber in wedding clothes. The problem was not the driver but rather Michelle who was incredibly rude when we told her of these events. She suggested the car broke down because of us- because we did not get in until 3:30 pm and the AC caused the issue. As far as I’m concerned if we payed for the car between 2 pm and 4 pm if needed to work during that time. Period. That is what we paid for. She ultimately reimbursed us 13 minutes after hostile dialogue. Extremely po
We rented a 20 passenger party bus for our wedding through A1 and we were not disappointed. The limo was clean, the driver was very kind, and it was very spacious inside. The price...
was VERY reasonable - I highly recommend for everyone looking for a limo company to look into A1 for any event needs!
We booked A1 for our shuttle service, limo, and airport transfers. I would highly recommend them for any couple. Their staff is professional, considerate, and they are incredibly a...
ccommodating. Booking was super easy and they walk you through the process, offering advice and suggestions based on your needs. They have an impeccable level of COVID safety protocols in place and I have had no worries with them! Looking forward to our wedding day and having another great company helping to make it perfect. Many many thanks to Michelle from A1! You are the best!
The pricing was very fair. They even extended our shuttle service for an extra 15 min to make sure all of my guests got back to the hotel safe and sound.
Made contact with Josh over at A-1 Limo in Princeton. His service was second to none and everything that was scheduled was on point. From the sale to the day of service, everything...
was the way it should have been. The bus driver was on time to pick up for pictures for both sides of the wedding party, the return to the wedding venue to the pick up time at the end of the reception. And he had a great personality. To top things off, the driver himself went out of his way to retrieve my medication from the hotel room and bring it to the venue site. We couldn't have asked for any better service! We highly recommend A1 Limo for transportation services.
We had a great experience with A1. Our wedding included pretty limited travel - only for the bridal party - and it was very easy to coordinate the schedule and timing with the team...
. They were flexible and handled the Marines in our bridal party with ease given our driver was a veteran - always a bonus in my book! :)
We used A1 limousine for our wedding transportation on September 19th and couldn't be happier! We had a small shuttle for the bridal party and a 56 passenger motorcoach for our gu...
ests. Each arrived on time and transported our guests without any problems. Our guests commented that on the last shuttle to leave our venue, the driver played great music that was both fun and kept the party vibe going.
After changing our mind about our transportation we were able to book some buses to transport our guests from the hotel to our venue less than 2 months from our wedding with no pro...
blem. They worked with us to find the configuration that worked best for our number of guests and everyone was on time and things ran smoothly!
My brother's girlfriend worked at A1 Limousine and worked with my Mom to get my husband and I a fantastic deal on our shuttle bus. Price was great, bus was clean and the ride was s...
mooth. The driver stay for a long time and did not charge us extra for any time we went over. The only complaint, if any that I had, was that he didn't play music almost the entire ride. He said the radio wasn't tuning in. Otherwise, it was a hassle free and good service.
A-1 was SO easy to work with, responsive, accomodating, and our driver, Eric, was absolutely the best! We had an excellent experience working with them, and highly recommend them ...
to all!

We used A1 Limo because they were recommended by the hotel our room block was set up with. For one, it was very difficult to get in touch with Josh by phone and email the months be...
fore the wedding just to book our cars. On the day of, two of our three cars showed up late. Also, when we called to find out about the location of the cars, we were on hold for at least 5 minutes before hanging up because the car finally arrived. Overall I would recommend finding another company in the area.
A few weeks before our wedding, we decided that we needed to supplement our small ten-person hotel shuttle with another larger vehicle to make sure that our guests would arrive to ...
cocktail hour on time. The process for booking a 24- passenger shuttle with A1 Limo was very simple. Although we never actually saw the shuttle ourselves, our guests said that it all worked out perfectly.
A1 provided my shuttles for my guests from the hotel to the reception and back. They were professional and affordable.

Used buses and limo. Buses were on-time and everything worked as pre-arranged.
A1 Lim was only ok. They were professional to work with over the phone and email and they always kept my itinerary but to date. But then the day of the wedding there was poor com...
munication with the office and drivers and they drivers kept asking us where to go and they did not even have GPS or directions. I think she should also have Ipod capabilities on the buses which they do not and the bus quality was only ok for the amount of money I spent.
They were early, limo was clean, helped you out of the van. Had food and drinks for you.
I went with them because of the price. I just wanted a limo for 2-3 hours for pictures and to get us to the venue. Most packages were 5-8 hours. the 3 hour package was garage to ga...
rage so I ended up having to pay for an extra hour, no biggie. The day of, the limo showed up an hour early and was rude to my aunt. We were at my grandmas house who has a long and windy driveway. Since he was so early, there were alot of people coming and going. He tried to back into the driveway but my aunt told him to park across the st at the church. He then refused to back in there again. When we went to leave, he got stuck turning around in the driveway, ripped up alot of grass. Anyone with any driving experience can turn around at the top of the driveway. We have done it with trucks with boats attached to it yet a 6 person limo couldnt. He gave my uncle atttitude for trying to help he then almost took out my grandmas mailbox!! After the ceremony he was rushing us for the pictures so he could leave. He was very unprofessional.
A1 Limo out of Princeton, NJ was awesome! We booked a Limo and a shuttle for guests for our wedding. They were on time and very reliable. The sales associate Josh could not be more...
