A Wedding with Grace

our lives. From the very beginning, Grace was kind, patient, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. She kept in close touch with us for months leading up to the ceremony and in the days before, which gave us so much peace of mind and confidence throughout the planning process. The ceremony itself was absolutely beautiful. Grace delivered it in a way that was meaningful, solemn, and deeply inspirational. Every word she shared was perfect, heartfelt, well-thought-out, family-oriented, faith-inspired, and truly touching. What she said resonated deeply with us and with everyone present. Many of us were moved by her words, and we will carry them with us for years to come. Grace coordinated closely with us every step of the way, patiently answering questions, easing our doubts, and removing any anxieties we had during the preparation and decision-making process. The entire ceremony flowed smoothly and felt effortless, which is a true testament to her professionalism and care. She is one of the most genuine people we have ever met, and we were deeply touched by the way our lives intertwined through this experience. Grace was absolutely wonderful to work with and perfect in every way. We are beyond grateful and highly, wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly meaningful and memorable ceremony.

s and was always very responsive to emails about any questions we had. She truly took the time to understand our story as a couple and she developed the perfect ceremony for us. Grace was instrumental during our rehearsal as she helped guide and prepare everyone throughout the entire process. During the ceremony, Grace did an amazing job incorporating our cultures together and made it such a special experience not only for us, but for our guests as well. We have had countless people come up to us after the wedding saying how memorable the ceremony was. We HIGHLY recommend!

ng our ceremony, she had the entire crowd fully engaged and emotionally invested. Her transitions were smooth and she told our love story so perfectly—heartfelt, natural, and deeply personal. It’s interesting to think how a “stranger” could play such a big role in a such a monumental moment in your life but it was as if we had known her our whole relationship. You could truly feel how much she cared about us!  She didn’t just officiate our wedding—she elevated it into something unforgettable. We had so many of our guests say that Grace truly went above and beyond during our ceremony. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd! She even came extra prepared with a handkerchief for my fiancé and I because the happy tears were definitely flowing.  Grace is everything you could ever want in an officiant: genuine, emotional, professional, and so kind. We feel so grateful to have had Grace marry us!!

he time to get to know us and craft our perfect ceremony and we had guests coming up to us all night remarking it was the best ceremony they had been to. Do yourself a favor and hire Grace!

or years. Our guests couldn’t believe how perfectly she captured us as a couple. Grace took the time to really get to know us, asking thoughtful questions and even meeting with us in person before the wedding. As an out-of-town bride, that meeting gave me so much comfort knowing we were in the best hands. She was professional, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Grace also integrated a few Indian traditions into our ceremony so seamlessly; it felt completely natural and so meaningful. We’re so grateful she was part of our day and can’t recommend her highly enough!

person can be daunting. For us? It wasn’t, because the moment we connected with Grace, we knew, she was the one. She made the entire process so easy, and comfortable. She was patient, and kind and everything you want in an officiant. She felt more like a family member. And the ceremony? It was the most beautiful ceremony I’ve ever witnessed and I promise on everything I’m not sure saying that because it was mine lol everyone there said the exact same thing! I promise you and your partner, you will not regret having Grace as your officiant. It was a honor having her apart of our special day and making our dream ceremony come to life. The service she delivered was absolutely beautiful—simple, meaningful, and full of love. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us begin this new chapter of our lives. Highly recommend!

en a stressful planning process very smooth and easy. She made the ceremony touching, personable, and classy. We are so glad Grace was our officiant - she made our ceremony perfect! Couldn't ask for better. Thank you Grace!

he area, so she was one of the first vendors we booked—18 months out—and to this day, we can confidently say she was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, it was clear how genuinely passionate she is about the couples she works with. She even shared that many of her couples stay in touch long after their wedding day, which speaks volumes about the connections she builds. Throughout the entire planning process, Grace’s communication was professional, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. As our wedding day approached, we met with her in person to discuss ceremony details, and that conversation remains one of our favorite parts of wedding planning. She took a sincere interest in getting to know us as a couple—learning about our love story, our values, and what mattered most to us—which made our ceremony feel deeply personal and meaningful. On our wedding day, Grace officiated with poise and sincerity, delivering our ceremony with a beautiful blend of presence, warmth, and heartfelt emotion. So many of our guests commented on how touching and personal it felt, and we couldn’t agree more. The ceremony truly sets the tone for the entire wedding day, and thanks to Grace, ours was everything we had hoped for and more. ou have known for a long time. Her charismatic words, and the way she was able to communicate our love story throughout the ceremony, imprinted on our hearts and made our day that much more remarkable. Thank you so much for everything Grace!

al call went above & beyond our expectations - we could tell that her attention to detail and ability to get to know you individually and as a couple was truly a gift. We got to meet with her in person to go over the timeline, and she answered all of our questions before we even had to ask. Our ceremony was so special - I had guests coming up to me after saying how they learned so much about me and Mike from her ceremony and how it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to because of how she officiated it. I truly cannot say enough good things about Grace and will continue to refer her for as long as she officiates. Thank you for making our wedding ceremony so perfect, Grace!

ing a close friend or family officiate our wedding—then we met Grace. When we had our initial phone call with her, we immediately clicked. It was clear to us from the beginning how much she enjoyed officiating weddings, it wasn’t just a job but a passion. She worked closely with each of us to get to know us and our love story. From countless phone calls to emails and written questionnaires, Grace put together a dream wedding ceremony for us on the beach of the beautiful Longboat Key. (Aka: One of the hottest Florida days—and she stayed poised and put together through it all.) She personalized everything directly to us, leveraging our own words to tell our love story. While beautifully capturing our readings and poem—she made the ceremony heartfelt, memorable, and seamless. Photo credit: @presleywebbphotos

e thoughts into beautiful, flowing vows. The time and dedication Grace spent with us to craft a perfect wedding day did not go unrecognized. We shared a bond over our love of animals and she even graciously offered watch our girl Tessie, during our honeymoon. If you are looking for a angel of a woman to oversee your special day, with no detail overlooked, search no further.

s for years and couldn't praise her enough. We were very fortunate to have her a part of our day, she made it so much more special.

ingful and sincere… it was everything we could have wished for and more! During our first call with Grace, it became quickly apparent how friendly, easy going and attentive she was. She gathered so many details about us, our families and our love for each other that was woven into the ceremony. If you are looking for a wedding officiant, I highly recommend Grace!

ple times mentioning how amazing you were + how it seemed like you've known us forever. Thank you for your kind words - cheers !

only a few conversations, we really felt like we got to know her. We even had to call her a few extra times and she never made us feel like we were a bother. And the ceremony she delivered was beautiful! It even moved some of the guests to tears! I would DEFINITELY recommend Grace to anyone getting married in the Sarasota area!

ome inside jokes, and was really able to help us convey our love for one another. After the ceremony, our guests were singing her praise, they could not believe how great she was! It made me so proud and excited to haven chosen Grace as our officiant, because she really made our wedding ceremony something so special! And in addition to her wonderful remarks, she was so great about making sure all of us at the end of the aisle looked great and were standing in the right spot, and helped make some of our ceremony photos look as amazing as they do! I would recommend Grace to everyone!

elivered a beautiful ceremony that left us with many happy tears. She made sure to accommodate all of our wishes in the ceremony, including specific readings presented by family and friends. She was in constant contact with us and always kept us well-informed. She gave great suggestions for other vendors as well, several of which we ended up using for our wedding day. She has officiated many weddings at the Powel Crosley Estate, so she knew our wedding venue well. She was able to meet us at the venue the day before for our rehearsal as well, which made us feel confident about the flow of the wedding ceremony the next day. She also gave us directions for applying for the marriage certificate, and took care of mailing it in after the ceremony. She made us feel very comfortable and like we had known her our whole lives! The time and attention to detail she took for our wedding was astounding. We could not have been happier to have her officiate our special day!

ndness, and authenticity will leave such an impact in your life—wedding and otherwise. We had never previously considered hiring a professional officiant; we figured having my little sister would work, having seen plenty of friends have their own family members oversee their wedding ceremonies. But thank goodness our planner encouraged us to hire Grace…one of the best decisions we could’ve made. Grace made our ceremony absolutely magical, and our guests keep saying how it was the most beautiful, heartfelt ceremony they’ve ever witnessed. Grace truly has a way with words. You may be thinking, how in the world will a stranger get to know my partner and I well enough to oversee one of the most significant moments of our lives? Well, one of my best friends thought that Grace was a long-time family friend…that’s how well Grace gets to know you and articulate your love. Our guests told us how they got a special peek into our relationship, thanks to how Grace framed the 30 minute ceremony. We had a non religious ceremony in a garden, and Grace orchestrated a cadence of events (including a couple of meaningful readings that she helped us pick!) that created an engaging flow (with lots of guest tears). Grace will make you feel like family and your greatest champion. Emails and calls with her brought my husband and I such joy. If we ever plan a vow renewal, Grace will be the first person we call.

nd gave us advice along the way. Feeling so blessed to have her officiate our wedding. She is professional, passionate and amazing at what she does. Highly recommend her services. 10/10 experience!

g day, trust me. Grace took the time to speak with us together and separately to get to know us individually, and as a couple. She helped guide us for the feel we wanted and delivered. After our wedding we got more compliments about Grace than the beach wedding itself. She takes the time to make your ceremony yours, custom if you would. Her delivery is smooth, warm and from the heart. She is an incredible officiant, highly recommended. Thank you, Grace, you made our wedding that much more special.

ace was so easy to work with and extremely responsive in our correspondence. Over the course of 6 months, Grace did a great job of getting to know us, culminating in a beautiful ceremony that truly blew us (and those attending our wedding) away. Everything about the ceremony was laid out so thoughtfully and was completely personalized based on our unique story and what we’d shared with Grace in our conversations. We received so many compliments on the ceremony and are so grateful to have such a meaningful ceremony to kick off our new chapter. Thank you Grace!

rocess would be as we prepared for our destination wedding on the beach. She sent questionnaires to learn about us, we shared what we loved about each other, and even had a very nice phone call with her just to be able to talk face-to-face and really get to know her (and her get to know us!). She helped by giving us tons of possible readings and vows to chose from since we needed some help there as well. As the day approached she shared the order of the ceremony, ensured she knew who was doing the readings, how to pronounce tricky names, etc. When our wedding day came, it certainly didn't feel like the first time we'd met! She was there in plenty of time and was prepared and organized, just as we knew she'd be. The ceremony was PERFECT with her leading the way through it all as if we'd been friends for years! Several guests asked if we had known Grace before and were amazed at how well she seemed to know us as she shared some of our history and stories. She was calming, clear, set the tone, and led us effortlessly through the happy, heartfelt ceremony. We really can't say enough about how much we appreciate Grace from beginning to end! I don't think I realized how much the officiant really sets the tone and vibe of the ceremony and we are thrilled that we had Grace to somehow put into words all the intangibles of love, respect, frriendship and support we feel for each other. If you are looking for an officiant in the area, look no further! You will not be disappointed!

ng overbearing. She has a wonderful way of guiding you through the process and making the whole thing less stressful. She was able to make our ceremony meaningful to us, so special, lighthearted and lovely- which is exactly how we wanted it to be! We would recommend Grace highly to anyone for their perfect ceremony.

mail or any questions you have for her. Grace has a warm, bubbly personality. Having her up at the alter with us made things so much easier and relaxed. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else up there with on our special day but her. I would recommend her to anyone needing her services. I would get married everyday knowing I could have Grace up there at the alter with me and my husband. We love Grace and so glad we were able to find not only an officiant but a new friend. 😘😘😘

under 2 months and Grace was incredible. She took the time to get to know us, ask us personal details about ourselves and our relationship which made the ceremony feel so personal. She gave wonderful inspiration for writing our vows, picking our readings, and planned the overall flow of the ceremony. Everyone has been raving about her including us. Grace also has such a calming presence and made us feel at ease throughout a stressful process. We can't recommend Grace enough!!! Thank you :)

tfelt words, calming presence and tone, thoughtful blessing, and overall professionalism. Her level of intentionality and kindness is unmatched. She spent ample time connecting with and getting to know us from the very beginning and crafted such a beautiful genuine ceremony message. It was truly all written from the heart and resonated with us so deeply. She saw into our heart and soul through our calls and time chatting and laughing with her. Grace was able to deliver that same level of love and emotions through her words to our guests and it allowed them to experience a glimpse of our love and feel that vulnerability with us. There was not a dry eye on the beach that peaceful evening. We are so grateful for Grace and the beautiful ceremony she created for us. We couldn’t be happier and will recommend her to anyone and everyone!

sional, and genuine. Our ceremony was everything I could have ever imagined and more. Grace has a way of putting those around her at ease. Any time I felt nervous she could calm me down with just the sound of her voice! I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married. We love Grace! Thank you for caring about our ceremony like we were family to you.

We have gotten so many comments on how beautiful the ceremony was and we will be forever grateful that we chose Grace to be our officiant.

st priority for us because we didn't understand the magnitude of how much an officiant sets the mood and overall vibe of a wedding. The more I thought back to other weddings I'd attended, the more I realized an Officiant really can ruin the ceremony mood or just be lackluster. After this realization we found Grace and we are so glad we chose Grace as our officiant because she set the tone for the beginning of not only a great marriage, but for an amazing memorable wedding. Grace was extremely well spoken at our ceremony and set a sort of calm over the two of us as we stood by her. Grace's readings brought feelings of love, etherealness, and a bit of laughter to our ceremony - which was exactly what we wanted. Grace really understood our love story and even who we are as individuals, and she perfectly composed our ceremony readings with that knowledge. Grace really took the time to get to know my husband and I, she asked all the important questions about us as a couple such as our story of how we met, what our lives were like together, even down to how many pets we had, etc. We really enjoyed getting to know Grace as well within the timeframe that she took to get to know us. When we finally met Grace at our rehearsal, it felt as if she was a long time friend and we were instantly comfortable around her. It is also worth noting that everyone at our wedding commended how well Grace carried out our ceremony as well. Also, it was clear that Grace is a very experienced officiant and knows important details such as starting a ceremony off by telling guests to not use cellphones for ruining photos, and even knowing when to step out of the way to not "photo bomb" ceremony photos. We believe that a wedding with Grace is absolutely essential to having a perfect wedding ceremony! We truly understand the importance of hiring an experienced, friendly, and articulate officiant - which is exactly who Grace is. We greatly appreciate everything Grace did for us and our wedding! You are awesome Grace!!! (Photos by Bryan Edward Creative)

r. She was willing to work with us even though we didn’t have much planning time. As soon as we met Grace, we knew we made the right decision! She took the time to get to know us so that our ceremony would be personalized just for us! She also gave us great recommendations for venues and vendors. She continued to check in with us up to the wedding day! Our ceremony was perfect! We couldn’t have dreamed of anything better!!! She did such a wonderful job! We were able to keep this secret from our whole family and all of our friends, so it was so nice to have Grace to talk to about it! If you are getting married, there is no better officiant around! She is sweet, patient, personable, and professional!

l so special and uniquely us with only a few phone calls and questionnaires. One of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. Look no further, you’ve found your officiant.

Thank you for such a memorable ceremony!

, very connective, present without a doubt, and sweet at the same time. She took the time to get to know us with many questions, assisted with our vows, and gave us many passages to chose from for beautiful readings at our wedding. Our wedding which was arranged for 6 months after we started speaking with Grace, ended up being cancelled and postponed for a little over a year later. We started speaking on the phone with Grace August 2022, and it felt like a rollercoaster for us as a couple, we couldn't have done it without Grace's support and knowledge. Besides Grace being understanding, a year later she was still there and contacting us in-between. We finally had our perfect wedding September 30th, 2023. Grace was spiritually supportive and continued to be very uplifting. We couldn't have had a better officiator. We appreciate you! Thank you for being a part of our story and journey.

he got to know us better, and she was thoughtful throughout the whole process. During our ceremony, she was awesome with giving my husband and I subtle cues with moving a little so we got the best photograph possible or giving us gentle reminders through the ceremony if we forgot a step. Our ceremony was well written, telling a great story about how our love came to be. Grace was timely and well prepared for our ceremony as well, which was much appreciated! We would recommend Grace to other couples planning to tie the knot in the Tampa area! 💙 -Ellen & Joe

h time and effort into making sure she understands each couple and can convey that to anybody attending. She is very professional, responds so timely (way more than me, lol), and you immediately feel at ease that this stranger has got your ceremony; no need to worry or stress. Her fee is extremely low for all the hours she puts in preparing and she needs to up her rate!! Pick Amazing Grace and you will be so happy you did!

y! Her ceremony was perfect in every way and it felt like she had known us and our story for years. Her ceremony was so beautifully written and delivered and she included all the elements we wanted and structured it in a way that everything flowed well. I couldn’t be happier with Grace and will recommend her to anyone and everyone!

relationship perfectly and gave us the perfect ceremony. We were able to relax and be present in the moment. She was so professional - she replied to all of our questions so quickly! Our guests loved our ceremony and said it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they ever attended!

ter our first conversation with Grace. After just a few conversations it felt like we had known her for years, and she understood our story and who we were as a couple. We had so many compliments from guests on our ceremony and what a nice job Grace did. Could not recommend her enough for your wedding!

kept excellent communication with me from the very start. She answered all of my questions as soon as she could and gave us so many recommendations for venues, since we needed a lot of help with that. She was always delightful to talk with. We already knew Grace was our perfect officiant before we met her for our in person meeting, but when we did meet it felt like she was meant to be our officiant. She was very well prepared, and she knew exactly what she was doing. Grace was able to spend over an hour with us to finalize our ceremony details. It was like meeting up with an old friend. For the actual ceremony, Grace was early, extremely professional, and so helpful. She came prepared and her words couldn’t have been more perfect and well suited for us. Everything Grace did and said helped to create our dream ceremony. We definitely couldn’t have found anyone better than Grace!
