Worst experience I’ve ever had. No surprise to me that they are going out of business. Inventory it’s worth your money.
I had such an amazing time shopping for my dress with two of my friends at a scheduled after hours session. It was private, and very personable. The shopkeeper was so friendly, sup...
portive, and nice. She was extremely helpful, and teared up right along with us when we found the perfect dress!
Not very accommodating but for a small town it’s a decent shop. Service after the purchase needs improvement because oftentimes fittings/adjustments are necessary after you buy so ...
it helps if the shop treats you as a person not a dollar sign.
I was in and out within 30-45 minutes and my perfect wedding gown was shipped to the store a week later. The gown was lovely and Karen made sure I got what I needed and got on my w...
ay - couldn't have asked for more!
We had a bumpy road to start with, but they corrected issues that came up as we went along. In the end I was satisfied with the dresses, the seamstress and how everything went.
Horrible! Went here to find bridesmaids dresses for a our wedding. She told me and my fiance since we are en we need to go sit in the back. WE ARE THE GROOMS! Big deal if we are ga...
y get over it it is the 21st century. The store is so small. Trying to get into a dressing room was awful. They never took all of our dresses to the back. They made remarks that were rude and made our wedding party feel dumb. Treated us as if we were unaware of anything to do with the wedding world. We were there for a total of 25 minutes then left because of how uncomfortable she made us feel. We were not the only ones who complained our entire wedding party was made to feel uncomfortable. We decided to leave. She made a ditch effort to try to save us with $20 off. We made the trip to Syracuse to the actual Alfred Angelo salon. Received the best treatment you could imagine. Had an amazing time. They were so nice. There price was the same as hers with the $20 off. Trust me travel the extra way to go to Syracuse. You will not regret it. Oh, I have also been told several times that they are rude to bigger girls. After our trip to her store I BELIEVE IT!
Kathy is so great to work with for the dress. She bends over backwards to help you and make you feel like a princess. I will keep going back. We were able to get all of the bridesm...
aids dresses along with some of the guests so she really has something for everyone! Thank you Kathy!
Went into this shop to see what they had to offer. Was in this shop for 15 minutes and noone came to ask if we needed any help. When they did finally helps and I asked for it, they...
were rude and very expensive for bridesmaids dresses that were not all that great. I was not impressed and would not suggest this shop to anyone. It is to bad considering we are from a remote area with not a whole lot to offer without a huge drive.
They were nice and helpful in picking my beautiful wedding dress!
I love this store!! This is a very small boutique that sells a variety of dressese for a variety of occasions. The salesperson was very friendly and let me look through the dresse...
s before making a decision about what to try on. She seemed to enjoy her job. She gave my mom and I a moment to recover when we found "the one," she made it better by finding a veil that complimented the dress and headpiece I already had. Ordering the dress was quick and painless.
