A Thyme To Cook

elections. On top of this everything was so tasty and the presentation was top notch. In particular I loved the short rib and lemongrass potstickers.

ounted for, and the willingness to go above and beyond. It genuinely makes me tear up thinking about it. Catherine was so attentive and you could tell she wanted to make sure she understood every minor want and detail. The day of our wedding she remembered things that I forgot I even mentioned to her! I was able to completely relax knowing she was in the driver seat (And I’m not a very relaxed person 😂). Working with her was such an incredible experience and I truly believe she is the reason that our day was a dream come true.  THE STAFF!! I cannot tell you how many complements we heard about the staff. They were such a joy, unbelievably attentive, in such an amazing mood, and they also went above and beyond for every guest. One of my friends is sober (and a tough critic) and she raved about one of the bartenders going out of her way to make a delicious mocktail. Every guest complimented their professionalism and said how they were always available but never too much. Truly every member of the staff was so incredible to work with and so kind.  Our bridal attendant(s) pampered us through the whole day. We never even made it to the bar because they were so on top of it! Making sure we had our preferred drinks, a full tray of apps just for us, dessert delivered to us on the dance floor, we seriously felt unworthy of the service haha.  The food and drinks were SO so incredible. All the compliments to the kitchen and bar staff. I’ve never heard people talk about wedding food and drinks the way that our guests did. People saying they tried things they don’t normally like, and loved it. They could not believe how endless the food and drinks felt, and said every hour it felt like a new amazing surprise. I was able to try every app, meal offering, snack and dessert and it was spectacular.  If I could rate Catherine and A Thyme To Cook more than 5 stars, I would in a heart beat. They truly made sure that our wedding day felt calm, happy, and just the best day ever!

hroughout the entire process and we couldn’t have done it without her! The food was wonderful, and they all worked so hard to make our big day special. We highly recommend the ATTC team!

but she put us at ease by meeting with us both over the phone and informally in person. This personalized relationship really made this day super special and we appreciate everything from the raw bar, to the passed appetizers, main course, and the ice cream sundae bar. Overall, this day was perfect and we appreciate everything ATTC did to make this so special.

edding day were absolutely amazing!! Our guests are still talking about how incredible the food was and how friendly and attentive everyone was from the servers to the bartenders no need or request went unmet.  If you are looking for an elevated one of kind day highly recommend choosing them!!

was without her! AND, the food and service were outstanding.

rdinator, Dee, specifically. She was a delight to plan with leading up to the wedding, but she really shined day (and weekend) of. We had unpredictable weather and she showed up to our rehearsal with 5 different plans depending on when the weather hit and how heavy the rain was. Morning of, she was coordinating with my maid of honor on other potential options to prioritize holding our ceremony outside. It rained all afternoon and thunderstormed all night, but somehow the weather stopped and the sun came out for a 45 minute window for us to hold our ceremony and Dee was ready to move as soon as that happened. She coordinated all our vendors to make sure they were on board with all the different plans and never stressed us out - she truly worked magic behind the scenes!

for our day! (Get the traveling oyster-man!) But really what felt great was how smooth and professional the entire process was. From top to bottom, Rachel and the Thyme to Cook team were fantastic to work with. We also got compliments from our guests about how kind, professional, and accomodating all the staff was. It was a hectic few months before our wedding, and every time we left each conversation with a Thyme to Cook to prepare, we felt better and more ready for our wedding than before the conversation. True professionals! The way that their service is run truly feels custom. Instead of selecting from various pre-set menus, a Thyme to Cook engaged us first to understand what we wanted from our wedding, and then built the menu around us. It felt special, which was just right. Having a designated coordinator on-site during the day was hugely helpful for us (thank you, Rachel!), and allowed us to save the money of having a separately hired wedding coordinator. Rachel, coordinating with our other vendors, took care of a lot that we could see, and so much more behind the scenes. Really, just great, top to bottom. Couldn't be happier! Oh, and do not miss the tasting - they have a beautiful, cute little cabin/kitchen in the woods that feels like a restaurant just for you.

g. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received countless compliments from our guests throughout the night. The catering staff was attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran seamlessly. We were lucky enough to be paired with Catherine as our event coordinator, and she was an absolute rockstar. From the planning process to the wedding day itself, Catherine helped bring our vision to life while making us feel supported every step of the way. What impressed us most was how effortlessly she kept the entire day organized, handled every detail, and remained incredibly flexible whenever something unexpected came up. Her calm, proactive approach allowed us to truly relax and be present, knowing everything was under control. Our families and guests couldn't stop talking about Catherine and her staff. Everyone commented on how organized, attentive, and genuinely kind they were throughout the day. Their professionalism and care made such a difference, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable. We would wholeheartedly recommend A Thyme to Cook to anyone looking for an exceptional caterer and event team, especially Catherine!!!

ly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we had envisioned. Catherine brought our vision to life with incredible attention to detail and made sure everything was exactly as we had imagined. She arrived early to oversee every detail, which immediately put us at ease and allowed us to relax and enjoy our day. Throughout the evening, she kept everything running seamlessly and handled every aspect of the event with such professionalism and care. The food was absolutely delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests about every course, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The catering staff was warm, attentive, and so kind to everyone throughout the evening, making our guests feel truly well taken care of. One of our favorite memories was seeing the catering staff having fun in our photo booth at the end of the night. It was such a sweet moment and a reminder of how much heart they put into making our wedding so special! If you're looking for a caterer that delivers incredible food, outstanding service, and an event coordinator who will make your wedding day feel effortless, A Thyme to Cook is the perfect choice. We are so grateful to Catherine and the entire team for helping make our wedding day absolutely unforgettable!

e Dodge, were receptive, communicative, and creative. We had a lot of food, and a lot of strong ideas about food, and they met every request, and made it even better! They anticipated all of our needs, and were beyond prepared for our hungry guests. From the first bite of the mini lobster rolls, to the last bite of late night egg sandwiches, ATTC gave us the BEST dining experience. We just wish we could do it all again!

anized, thoughtful, responsive, and somehow always one step ahead. She kept every detail on track, anticipated things we hadn't even thought to ask about, and guided us through the entire process with such professionalism and care. Having someone we trusted so completely gave us an incredible sense of peace of mind throughout planning and on the day itself. The food was outstanding. We heard compliments from our guests all night long—not just about how delicious everything was, but about the quality, presentation, and service. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully executed, and it made such an impression on everyone who celebrated with us. What we'll remember most, though, is how genuinely cared for we felt. Robin and the ATTC team were honest, dependable, and deeply invested in making sure our day unfolded exactly as we hoped. They handled so much behind the scenes that we were able to simply enjoy ourselves, knowing everything was being taken care of. If you're considering this caterer, you'll be choosing much more than an incredible meal. You'll be choosing a team that brings expertise, kindness, and genuine care to every part of the experience. We are so grateful they were part of our wedding and couldn't imagine the day without them.

achel (our coordinator and point of contact) was incredible! No matter what came up…including last minute guest cancellations and menu changes…she handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and a calm attitude that made us feel completely at ease. On the day of our wedding, Rachel and her team went above and beyond. The food was outstanding, the drinks were perfect, and every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. They didn't just provide amazing catering, they elevated our entire wedding experience. We truly can't thank Rachel and the entire A Thyme to Cook team enough for everything they did. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any future event, and we recommend them without reservation. -The Carlsons

t dreams. Catherine Dodge, our outstanding Event Coordinator, was unbelievably accommodating and truly a pleasure to work with. Every single attendee was treated like a VIP, and raved about the food, drink, presentation and service. From our initial contact with A Thyme to Cook, and right through the wedding reception, the entire staff made us feel like this was the most important and special event they had ever put together. There is no higher praise we can give.

et to know us as a couple and then came back to us with a menu we couldn't have dreamed. Alexis and her team then flawlessly planned an incredible wedding. The food was some of the best we've had at any wedding and our guests agreed. The added bonus of Alexis playing the role of planner for our wedding at Saltwater Farm, which she knows so well, took a huge load off of us. We highly recommend working with a Thyme to Cook if you have the opportunity to!

odating and did a wonderful job at creating a unique, beautiful (and satiating) vegan and vegetarian-friendly menu. Signature cocktails and mini cupcakes were a hit, too! All the day-of staff were fantastic and attentive. Alexis who helped us along the process was helpful, organized, and totally on top of the day-of activities and making sure we were on track with planning. We got compliments all around from our guests on everything. Thank you A Thyme to Cook and Alexis for making our wedding feel special and unique to us! We are ever grateful!

er had. Beyond the incredible food, we had the pleasure of working with Catherine, who was truly invaluable throughout the entire planning process. From helping us refine our menu and coordinate décor details to assisting me with bustling my dress on the wedding day, she went above and beyond in every way. Her guidance, attention to detail, and calm presence made such a difference and helped everything come together seamlessly. We genuinely could not have done it without Catherine and the entire A Thyme to Cook team. If you’re looking for exceptional food and a team that truly cares about making your day perfect, I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

was important to us and helped to design a menu that fit us perfectly. Our day of coordinator, Rachel, was amazing to work with and helped us feel like everything was taken care of from when we met her until the end of our wedding night. The food was delicious and everyone we interacted with from A Thyme to Cook was kind and helpful. Highly recommend working with A Thyme to Cook!

d included tons of help with planning, our rehearsal, and a day of coordinator. They were worth every penny. We worked with Rachel Chaplin, who is truly an angel walking this earth. She went above and beyond for us. A week looking out, the weather was iffy. She was in contact with me every day to come up with a plan that I was happy with. She truly felt on my side and on my team and did everything she could to make our day the way we were hoping it would be.  She secured an emergency rain tent for us, constantly spoke with our venue, and helped strategize what to do. Through all the anxiety, I truly felt I could be “hands off” because I knew Rachel had it covered. It did wind up raining, and Rachel stood out in the rain all afternoon with us, with a smile on her face, to make our wedding perfect. I’m so sad I can’t work with her every day!  Just book them, and try to work with Rachel if you can. They’re the best.

as and vision. What stood out most was how collaborative the experience was—they listened carefully to what we wanted while also offering creative and culinary expertise that elevated everything beyond what we could have imagined. About a year before our wedding, we were paired with Rachel as our day-of coordinator, and I truly cannot put into words how amazing she was. Rachel is kind, professional, organized, calm, bubbly, and incredibly thoughtful. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always quick to respond, made sure every detail was addressed, and helped ease any stress while keeping the excitement of the wedding front and center. She made us feel completely supported every step of the way. When the wedding weekend arrived, Rachel and the entire A Thyme to Cook team exceeded every expectation. Everything was so organized and seamless that we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment of the weekend. The attention to detail was incredible, the presentation was beautiful, the service was flawless, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was and how impressed they were with both the quality and service. Every single member of the A Thyme to Cook team was exceptional. We will never stop being grateful for the role they played in making our wedding day so smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable. If you're looking for a caterer and event team that genuinely cares about creating an incredible experience, A Thyme to Cook is the best of the best.

istent support throughout the process, knowledgable background and connections, passion for helping others, and fun loving tendencies! The food the day of the wedding was impeccable, service was amazing, and we were assigned a specific "Designated Assistant," Becky, who made sure all of our needs were met and that we got to try all of the food (and stay hydrated)!!! If you are debating, without a doubt this is the right pick for your big day or event!! Cannot recommend them enough. Ren & Matt, June 2026

e phenomenal. I made the questionable decision of not having any sort of planner/coordinator, and absolutely could not have gotten through the process or the day without Catherine. We were able to add the setup of our extensive DIY decor/florals into our contract, and when we arrived to the reception everything was perfectly in place. When some hiccups arose (fully on us), they pivoted so smoothly no one even knew anything was going on. And that's not even talking about the FOOD. My husband is quite the amateur chef, and he had so much fun kicking around ideas with their culinary team. They were happy to swap out hors d'oeuvres, add sauce options, and fully adjusted for the (minimal) feedback we gave at our tasting; it was a really lovely and collaborative process. We weren't sure exactly how to execute our vision of food stations in a memorable but boomer-family-friendly way, but everything was as clear and approachable as it was delicious. I think the ATTC chef introduced 20+ people over age 70 to bao buns, and they loved them! We got so many compliments on the food, and although I personally couldn't summon an appetite to save my life, the dedicated "bride and groom" attendant did her absolute best to get us fed. We also have high standards for our cocktails, and ATTC was game to batch a personal favorite they had never heard of, also extensively complimented by all the guests. Of course this level of service is not cheap, but Catherine did everything possible to keep the process transparent and smooth. Every menu adjustment came with a clear quote update, and we were never upsold on anything. If you aspire to be the mythical wedding that your guests actually remember your food, or you're just trying to do a lot on your own and need a vendor team with peak professionalism that you don't need to worry about, ATTC is the team you need!

thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were with dietary restrictions and allergies. We felt completely confident that all of our guests would be taken care of, and they handled every request with care and attention. The food itself was incredible and far exceeded our expectations. They served elevated menu items like lobster rolls and filet mignon that had our guests raving all night long. Everything was beautifully presented, delicious, and felt like a true luxury dining experience. A special thank you to Rachel and Juli, who went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process. Not only were they an amazing resource for all things catering, but they also took the time to recommend other vendors who ended up being fantastic additions to our wedding team. Their guidance, responsiveness, and support made planning so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares about making your wedding day unforgettable!

ks. We did our tasting and thought the food was incredible but were expecting that usually mass produced wedding food doesn’t turn out as good normally. WE WERE WRONG!!! Omg the food was incredible. We had over 50% of our guests (112 person wedding) complement our food and say it was the best wedding steak they ever had. Not only is the food incredible but they plate everything soooo beautifully. I could go on and on about how this vendor was amazing. If you are considering them do it.  A Thyme to Cook also provide you with a day of coordinator who helps with the process, reaching out and coordinating with vendors (even before the wedding) and of course all the catering decisions. We had the pleasure of working with the best, Rachel Chaplin. You would think we were her only wedding with the amount of support and attention we got. Every stress she took away. She is the sweetest and BEST personality ever. On the wedding day at dinner, I requested a straw and there were none at the venue. All of a sudden ~10 minutes later I had a straw. Turned out Rachel had someone drive to the nearest gas station and get a straw just for me. I was in AWE she has someone do that for me. I cannot recommend them enough. This vendor and Rachel specifically ARE A MUST!!!

d her highly enough. As a former wedding planner myself, I truly understand the stress, complexity, and countless moving parts that go into making a wedding day perfect. Because of that, I especially appreciate the incredible job Dee did. From the start, she was on top of every detail—big and small—making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her organization and professionalism were unmatched, and she brought calm, joy, and positivity to every conversation and every step along the way. As a result, the wedding day itself ran flawlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy the celebration knowing it was all under control. I also want to compliment the serving staff - everyone I interacted with it was fabulous and the food was delicious! It was one of the most important elements of a wedding and A Thyme to Cook was awesome.

olutely sweet and they work very hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. I want to also give props to my coordinator Dee for helping make everything happen. She is very on top of everything and works super hard as well to make your day wonderful! Very easy to talk to, is super understanding and is always there to help you when a question needs to be answered. She also has a lot of connections to florists, music decorations and even other venues events! I definitely recommend going with A time to Cook for your wedding, and if you get Dee as your coordinator then you will be in very good hands.

we were able to do with our menu to make the wedding day exactly what we wanted! Dee (our coordinator) was AWESOME! She was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process and made the day of feel seamless for my husband and I!!! She really took care of everything on the wedding day and made sure we had exactly what we needed. I could not recommend Dee and A Thyme To Cook more!! They made our entire vision come to life and everything was perfect! All of our guests still talk about how delicious the food was and how incredible the service was during the whole day!!! Book them for your next event! It will be well worth it!

detail, the highest quality, and the most care. We worked with Dee and could not have been more impressed on the wedding day. Dee went above and beyond to help us figure out what we wanted, to make it all happen, and is a huge reason why we can say we wouldn’t have changed a single thing about our wedding. 10/10 recommend booking A Thyme to Cook and working with Dee!!

ginning they were nothing short of amazing, so thorough, and extremely detailed. The food and presentation was absolutely stunning and the guests are still talking about how good it all was!! They took it to the next level with the whole process- they’re not just a caterer, they’re pretty much wedding planners too! And I have to say all that and more with their event coordinator Dee! She instantly felt like family and her kind, warm presence was everything we needed throughout the process. Dee thought of every little possible detail to make sure the day was perfect and went off without any issues, and kept us fully informed and on track the entire part of the wedding planning process (without making us feel stressed out because there were SO many decisions to be made!) I honestly wish I had Dee for my own wedding- the amount of times I woke up in a panic thinking of things I had completely forgotten, etc— my sister never once had that stress of “what are we forgetting?” because Dee was on top of it all and 10 steps ahead of us. She truly is incredible at what she does and we can’t say enough great things about her! Having her there on the wedding day kept us all calm and collected- we really wish she was there attending as family because that’s what she felt like after it all! (And we all really miss Dee now that the wedding is done!) A Thyme to Cook also has such great relationships with all the other vendors in the area (and the venue!) and it made the planning process that much easier with getting everyone on the same page, setting the day of timeline and making sure things ran smoothly. We can’t thank them all enough for making my sister’s wedding so beautiful, delicious and so truly special. I’m seriously considering a vow renewal in the near future so we can work with them again!!

olia Mansion, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. Our tasting was amazing, and when we shared feedback, they made adjustments right away. It really felt like they wanted to get everything just right. On the wedding day, their team truly helped the day flow. Even when we ran into hiccups with our transportation company, they stayed calm and made sure everything continued to run smoothly behind the scenes. The setup was efficient and well executed, and the food and drinks were a huge hit. Our guests are still raving about the menu, passed appetizers, and desserts. Overall, we had a great experience working with A Thyme to Cook and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer and day-of coordination team who helps bring everything together.

e planning process with so much patience, answering every question and helping us feel confident and excited every step of the way. Working with them never felt transactional — they were truly more than just a catering team. The food itself was absolutely delicious, but what made it even more special was how thoughtfully they personalized everything. Alexis, and the Thyme to Cook team, took the time to learn about our lives, our backgrounds, and what mattered to us as a couple, and then crafted a menu that reflected our story so beautifully. The unique touches, the meaningful flavors, and the little nods to who we are were noticed and loved by every guest. Our wedding felt more personal and more “us” because of them, and the day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We are so grateful for their care, creativity, and heart — we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

g and incredible tasting with Rachel -- we had the best time dreaming up all the food and drinks for our wedding day. And they BEYOND executed! The food was so delicious, but perhaps just as important was the kindness, care, efficiency, and professionalism Rachel & her whole team showed us. We are SO glad we hired ATTC and couldn't recommend them more!

at a wedding. My daughter asked if they would make her Dad’s chicken recipe and they said absolutely! Their chef prepared it spot on and guest have asked us for the recipe! The beef was excellent too!!! The Bar never had a line of waiting guest - Bartenders were smiling and quick!  The floor staff was GREAT and got all the meals served quickly and piping hot!  We were paired with Catherine as our coordinator from the beginning planning to the day of… they matched us well! Catherine is calm, she gives suggestions, nothing is a problem!  I could not have asked for a better person to work with!    The day was magical and everything went smoothly!  Excellent TEAM!  I have 2 more weddings and if they decide to have it in Mystic - I would call A Thyme to cook and I would request Catherine again!

sive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. The food was absolutely delicious and served right on time, and the staff were so professional and kind. Our wedding day turned out to be much windier than expected, but the team didn’t miss a beat. They went above and beyond to redesign our floor plan and pivot in real time to keep everything running smoothly. Our guests raved about the food and service, and Catherine kept us calm and reassured despite the weather curveballs. Our cake was absolute perfection—so beautifully designed and one of my favorite parts of the entire day. The team also added unexpected, personal touches throughout  the presentation, incorporating special details that made everything feel uniquely “us.” We’re so grateful for their creativity, professionalism, and care. Highly, highly recommend!

as incredible—every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, and our guests are still raving about it! Rachel was the absolute best. Her attention to detail, flawless coordination, and calming presence made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly thanks to her expertise and dedication. Rachel was truly our rock. She handled everything with grace and kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, so we could just soak in every moment. We felt so at ease knowing she was there, and we honestly can’t imagine our day without her. We truly felt cared for every step of the way. If you’re looking for a caterer and planner who will go above and beyond to make your day amazing, look no further. We would recommend A Thyme To Cook and Rachel Chaplin to anyone—they helped make our wedding unforgettable!

ery dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and received rave reviews from our guests. It was clear that a lot of care and expertise went into every detail. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. From our initial inquiry to the final event, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Special thanks to Catherine, our coordinator, who was communicative, attentive, and supportive throughout the whole planning journey. She made sure every question was answered promptly and every detail was taken care of, which made us feel confident and relaxed on our big day. We highly recommend this caterer to anyone looking for incredible food and top-notch service for their special event!

many things that can go wrong, so many elements you haven’t considered. And why would you! It’s not as if you’ve planned a wedding before. Not only was the service team from Thyme to Cook exceptional, not only were they professional, friendly, attentive, sweet, and warm, but they also anticipated our needs before we knew we needed them. There are a few things that stand out to me above all else when it comes to hospitality, the field that both my (newly married) wife and I work. Those things are warmth, authenticity, and attention to detail. Catherine, Tori, and the rest of the team provided those qualities in spades.  Their offerings were vast, but the base-line options were still of quality. The staff was communicative without overreaching. My mother, allergic to fish and shellfish, says the team was very aware and attentive of her allergies. My 3 year old niece was ecstatic with the wide variety of bread served at the table! As the groom, we were given special care on the day of the wedding. Our needs were met and beyond. If Thyme to Cook is within your budget, even if they are scraping the ceiling of your budget, I would give this team a serious recommendation. They will be in mind consistently for all of our events moving forward and we will be recommending them verbally to anyone who will listen.

an accommodating to them! We worked with Catherine, incredible communication and coordination with us, the couple, as well as our wedding planner to bring our day to life!

o plan our wedding, and had a lack of vision and were very behind in preparation. Our wedding coordinator, Rachel, was not only very understanding of the situation but was extremely organized and helped us quickly get on track with every detail from the catering to linens to the timeline of the day. On top of this, ATTC went above and beyond to create a custom, all-vegan menu for us. I was worried that an entirely vegan menu would not appeal to all guests and wanted the food to be both filling and satisfying. All of my fears were put to rest with the menu that they created, with some highlights including vegan pierogis, a lentil “beef” Wellington, and a vegan lasagna that my very traditional Italian grandma raved about, not even realizing it was vegan. The all-vegan dessert spread was also incredible and were truly the best vegan desserts I have ever tried and wish I could eat again. All of our guests continue to tell us how amazing the food and service was, which speaks to the ability of ATTC to expertly execute a highly customized/non-traditional menu. Our wedding day ran smoothly and was extremely enjoyable for us because of all of the hard work that Rachel and the entire team put in that day facilitate every detail and transition. Rachel coordinated with our DJ and florist and we did not have to worry about anything. We would 10/10 recommend!

d a superior catering company, it should be Thyme to Cook.

s as a couple and ensuring that what we valued most would come to life on our wedding day. What they delivered not only matched our high expectations but far exceeded them. Rachel was especially key to bringing our vision to life. She was professional, thoughtful in her recommendations, and completely supportive every step of the way. She was also incredibly communicative throughout the planning process, always making herself available to answer questions, talk through decisions, or simply provide reassurance. She made the entire experience as stress free as possible, which we deeply appreciated since we we planned the wedding ourselves. The food was outstanding. From cocktail hour to dinner, every dish was beautifully presented and truly delicious. Guests are still raving about the charcuterie station, dinner, and the late-night churro bar (we are big foodies so having delicious food and cocktails was highly important to us). The entire staff on the day of the wedding was polite and attentive. No one was ever waiting for a drink, which was important! Also, what made A Thyme To Cook even more unique was them providing us with our own day of attendant who allowed us to enjoy every moment without needing to worry about a thing. For example, having our signature drinks and a spread of apps ready for us immediately following the ceremony. Their team made everything feel effortless and gave us the chance to be fully present. What stood out most was how cared for we felt. Rachel anticipated needs we did not even know we had, and her thoughtfulness helped bring our vision to life in a way that felt uniquely us. A Thyme To Cook and Rachel helped create an unforgettable celebration that we will cherish forever. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for not just exceptional food, but a team that genuinely cares about making your day as special as it can be.

ng herself available to answer our questions, calm our nerves, and remind us that everything would fall into place. She didn’t just plan a wedding; she helped create our wedding, one that truly reflected who we are. Her attention to detail and the way she went above and beyond for us never went unnoticed. On the day itself, she made sure we felt comfortable, cared for, and able to be fully present in every moment. Even both of our moms, who notice everything and don’t hand out compliments lightly, kept raving about how amazing she was and how smoothly everything ran. We were blown away by her dedication and heart, and we cannot imagine our wedding without her. She’s not only incredible at what she does, she’s someone who genuinely cares. Five stars don’t feel like enough. - Sarah and Chris

mized the most perfect menu. They helped bring our vision to life through amazing food, coordinating many of the rentals, and fabulous service throughout the event. We got so many amazing compliments on the food and we would highly recommend ATTC for any event.

ead many reviews and noted how highly praised ATTC was rated and I’m so thankful for others taking the time to review this company because we are so incredibly fortunate we chose them for our wedding day. From the first phone call with Juli, she was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. She thoughtfully took the time to listen to our ideas of food preferences while being conscious of our budget. Fast forward to a few months later we were paired with an event coordinator who was the STAR of the show!! If you are ever lucky enough to be matched with Rachel Leyland you will be in the absolute BEST hands throughout the planning process and the day of. I truly cannot express enough praise for Rachel. She was a key role in bringing my vision to life that day and keeping me calm and updated throughout the process. She was so organized, kind, compassionate, a true joy to work with! Any time I had (what felt like a silly question or request) she was there immediately to answer and reassure me. She and the staff were SO attentive the day of, including a designated staff member for just the bridal party keeping you fed and hydrated. Every single thing was perfect from start to finish with this team. Their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The food was incredible!! We still have guests a month later raving about how phenomenal everything tasted. They did such a professional job handling any dietary allergies or preferences. Their team worked together so efficiently and were so kind to us. We couldn’t be more grateful for the time and efforts Rachel and the ATTC team took in making our wedding a dream come true. I give the highest praise and recommendation in choosing ATTC for your big day!

not feel the need for one because a thyme to cook and Lex handled so much for us.
