Everyone thought the food was so unique and fit our personalities with the fried chicken and shrimp and grits being southern but refined with the ahi tuna and salmon – a great mix of us! I had wanted a dessert bar from the beginning of planning to be our “favors” where guests can take home any desserts they wanted and the variety station they offered was perfect. I am still thinking about the blueberry bourbon tarts we got. We got those, banana pudding cups, strawberry cheesecakes, and chocolate chip cookies. PERFECT. The food was the biggest part of planning for my husband and he couldn’t stop talking about how excited he was for it as the day crept up and he was so happy. Plus, they provided us full meals of our wedding dish that we ate for lunch the next day, and it felt so nice reliving the moment. Outside of the food, Liz was WONDERFUL. She was always quick to respond, answered all my questions, and made changes to guest count if needed in a timely manner. During our tasting, she sat down with us and we just had conversations about what our goals for food was, what the presentation will look like, concerns about allergies, etc. things like that and she made me feel so at ease and it made the experience more fun and less stressful. I will recommend A Thyme Savor to anyone I know who needs catering, we had great customer service experience, had fun and was exciting, it was delicious, and we felt like soon to be newlyweds instead of another “client”. Amazing job.

part of that. We were given a list of five approved caterers from our venue and after looking at the menu options for each, we were sold on A Thyme Savor. We reached out to them, and spoke with Liz who has been so easy and great to work with. We had a tasting at their cafe about one year out from our wedding and the food was INCREDIBLE. We were looking for a caterer with some seafood options and saw they had crab cakes (my husband’s favorite food), which we had to try because they can be hit or miss. They were a hit! The beef tender was also phenomenal. To this day I still have guests raving about their cheesy au gratin potatoes. Some other options we went with that you should absolutely NOT pass up are their chicken and waffle skewers, grilled peach bruschetta crostinis, arugula and pear salad, sweet bourbon candied carrots, and their parmesan and lemon grilled brussel sprouts. Their execution on the day of was amazing and I’m so glad we went with A Thyme Savor on our wedding day.

We did food stations around the corners of our venue which was a little unique and Thyme Savor still knocked it out of the park! t only was the food everything we had hoped for, the service provided went beyond our expectations. The bartender, Muk, was exceptional. What our family was most impressed with, however, was just how far above and beyond the catering team went that night. My 89-year old mother fell as she was leaving the celebration that evening. Muk brought us towels, ice, water and called 911 for us as we were tending to my mother. This incredible catering team also assisted in clean-up efforts that went far beyond their job descriptions. We are incredibly grateful to have selected A Thyme Savor for our caterers. The food, service, planning and, most importantly, the compassion of their employees are exceptional.

Last year around October we had scheduled a tasting with Thyme Savor that wouldn't take place until after the New Year because of how busy they were and us not able to line up our schedules with them. One day we got a phone call from Liz telling us she didn't want to pressure us but another couple was insterested in hiring them for our date so she was giving me the courtesy heads up. We knew that if we didn't book them the date would open up and we would potentially lose them, so we read dozens of reviews online and ultimately decided to sign a contract blindly. Thank God we did! At our tasting everything was so delicious we had a hard time choosing between different options. At our wedding this past weekend, EVERYONE raved about our food! I was even pleasantly surprised to hear that some of the pickiest eaters in my family had gone back for seconds! We had so much left over from last minute cancellations but I wasn't even mad because it allowed us to have more of that yummy food over the next few days. We ordered the Island Thyme buffet (everything was amazing), 5 different appetizers (who could pick just 3?) AND their Venetian dessert display. Brownies, cookies, parfaits, cannolis! I promise you, YOU WILL NOT REGRET! If you find yourself in a situation like ours, having to decide on the spur of a moment DO IT! A Thyme Savor delivered the amazing food I wanted and I am so thankful they have a restaurant in town that we can visit on our anniversary or for special date nights. Also their staff was incredible, professional and so easy to work with. 10/10 recommend

We also served fried mac and cheese bites, caprese kabobs and chicken crostini for the cocktail hour. For dinner, we chose the amazing stations option including Prime Rib, Little Italy Pasta station and the Chicken Madeira. Everything was delicious and beautifully displayed! All the guests are still raving about how great everything was that was served! Liz was such a sweetheart to work with also! She and her awesome crew went above and beyond to impress her clients and their guests! Thank you for feeding and wowing our favorite (and hungry) people!! :)

They were able to block off the kitchen, everyone wore masks the entire time, and sanitized before, after, and during. We wet up a date to meet with Liz who let us sample their delicious food. Amy was right!! She worked carefully with us constructing the perfect menu for our wedding. I would highly recommend the shrimp and grits appetizer, and I can't even begin to say how the guests raved over the candied bacon. We chose a buffet including both steak and southern fried chicken. Not only were they scrumptious, but the sides were tantalizing as well. We couldn't be happier. Don't look at the pricing and think, "well that's expensive." Give Liz a chance, she can adjust the menu to make it fit your budget. We have even visited her new restaurant that opened last spring, since the wedding. The food is top notch and the atmosphere friendly and accommodating.

I truly appreciated her diligence! Day of coordinating with Thyme Savor was a breeze. The catering team arrived on-time, had all the food and drink prepared and presented at the proper time, and the entire set-up was breathtaking. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious - I still have guests telling me how good it was and my sister claims it was the best chicken fajita she has ever had! We could not be happier that we were able to work with this company - they made the months leading up the wedding easy and made the day-of absolutely perfect. Atrium was equally as amazing. That is a difficult venue for a caterer; staff has to almost run all night long with the logistics yet again, John and staff were incredible. Food was delicious and received so many compliments. You truly have a very special catering enterprise.

Savor. I looked into their services and menu and after doing a tasting with them, we knew we had to book them. They made us feel very comfortable with the fact that we were not going to be able to be on location until the day before the wedding. They took care of everything that was needed and it all turned out wonderfully. The food was FANTASTIC! We set up a family style dinner with Deep south chicken and the beef tender. Both were made with creative touches and our guests were very pleased! We also did Hors D'oeuvres for our cocktail hour which included my FAVORITE Mac & cheese bites! The team was great! Very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was that the night got unexpectedly chilly during dinner, so having a family style dinner made keeping the food warm a little difficult. Of course, this was not the fault of the caterer, and the servers were very good about trying to time the food being set out to prevent it cooling down too much. I only mention it so any brides will keep that in mind when planning their set up. I would recommend A Thyme Savor Catering to any bride and groom! They were great!
