This company is PURE garbage. We hired them for our wedding and not only did they screw up the schedule and not pick up the bride they never showed up to pick up the groom either....
All i got was a text saying they they had an incident with the limo and that was it...No response, No phone calls, nothing. Don't waste your money with this loser. I tried to reach out to them several times and nothing....Dead beat for sure...
I called AOS in a frenzy yesterday because another limo company we had reservations with that very day left my daughter and her friends high and dry after communicating to me one h...
our prior to their pick up that their party limo had no power to the back of their limo. I was told they would continue to work on it and call another company asking them to call me and I could use that company as a backup in the event they could not come through along with texting me their name and number. I never ever heard back from him even after repeated texts and calls. I was blocked. I called Shawn at AOS and explained the situation. He was appalled and did everything in his power to get these stranded girls out of the park and ride they were in an on their way. That was of utmost importance to him. He then called me back and worked on the ride back for the next day. He was absolutely amazing and worked hard for the safety of these girls as quickly as possible. After a quick rearranging of schedules, he came through for us in just 10 minutes. A shout out to AOS. I can't thank you and your driver(s) enough for what you did for us. My advice, don't go for the "too good to be true deal". It literally is too good to be true. Spend the extra money and get what you are promised.
We used ASO for our honeymoon airport transportation and they were GREAT!
On both trips, the driver called while they were on their way, showed up promptly, were professional, and...
the cars were immaculately clean.
A.S.O is a reliable service for your wedding day. They were flexible with any changes that we needed throughout our wedding planning process and day of. We had Shawn the day of our...
wedding, and he was very punctual, ensured that my dress would not get caught in the door or get scuffed near the tires, but also made sure that I, as well as the others, were comfortable and situated. Once we got to the ceremony, he helped us all get out, and right before I walked down the aisle, he made sure the train of my dress was laid out perfectly and even helped my dad and I with the veil! He really went above and beyond, and made us so comfortable and relaxed the day of our wedding. If you want a reliable, and stress free transportation experience for a very reasonable price in the Hudson Valley, A.S.O is your company. Thank you Shawn and the A.S.O team!
was not very good it went over only thirty mins and charged me for a full hr which is not right
I called several limo services and I can say they have the best price by far!! The driver was very nice and the limo looked great inside and out! We had a great experience! They ev...

I was disgusted with the customer service from this company and even more disgusted with the service on the day of my wedding.I got married on the hottest day of the year and when ...
our limo arrived I found out that the A.C was broken! Not only that but the limo driver was so rude he didn't even open my door when we arrived at the venue. When I called the next day to ask for a refund they told me no and that they had taken the car to the "mechanic" and it was fine, I have 9 bridesmaids and my brother who gave me away that would say otherwise. They were awful from beginning to end, we were not happy with them at all!
Best prices, best drivers had a blast driving around and taking photos with them

vered all you can ask from a transportation company. In addition, their drivers were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and made our guests feel as though they were being driven by family! We are so glad they were in the driver’s seat for our wedding weekend.
These guys were great, gave us a good price for the short time we needed him. Driver was friendly and funny!

r made sure everything was to our satisfaction from the moment we stepped foot into the limo. We even used them for our limo service to and from the airport for our honeymoon. All the drivers were great!
During the wedding they were very prompt and friendly. Before the wedding however was a different story. (Partly their own fault and partly the weathers fault). The Monday before t...
he wedding, I tried to get in contact with the limo company to confirm our schedule, except that the phone number was disconnected. I called the limo driver i had asked to be reservered for us. He told me he left the company a few months back. The limo company was supposed to call the people who had reserved him to tell us about him leaving. -- That never happened. I had to make several roundabout phone calls to get the owners of the limo company to get in touch with me. They said it was due to the snow storm and how it knocked out a few lines. I was told that the limo company usually calls the day before the event to confirm. I believe that is too late to confirm the reservation. It was a VERY stressful day that could have been avoidd with better communication the their part. As a side note, our church had informed us that having open conainters of alcohol was prohibitted on their property due to liability concerns. I informed the limo company of this when I spoke with them the week of the wedding so that they would fore-go the traditional champagne toast that they give us before we get in the limo after the ceremony. However, he still had every thing set up for the toast to happen out side the limo, and seemed to be surprised when we reminded him that it was not permitted by our church. And our driver was the SAME person that I had spoke to in the first place about not being able to have the toast outside the limo...
Our limo driver was great the limo was amazing and the shuttle service was awesome. The shuttle driver even stopped at a store for our groomsman on the way back to the hotel.

c. The car was great and Shawn was a true professional! He helped me with my train and he also helped my Dad who’s leg was really bothering him that day. He took care of everything and didn’t leave me with a care in the world. He was also early and SO NICE!!!! Thanks so much Shawn!!! You rock.

were book. When they arrived, they were completely professional. The driver was in charge of when I left the limo to enter the church, made sure my train was straight when I walked down the aisle, had mints for the bridal party after the recessional with a red carpet from the church to limo. Everything was better than I expected.
Joe from ASO was a great guy. He takes the time to decorate the inside of the limo with cocktails napkins that match the wedding colors. That was a great touch, I scored extra poin...
ts with my bride with that detail! The limos at ASO are freaking awesome. Definitely some of the coolest cars I have ever seen. Great rates!!! And the driver was a very friendly guy, who was very helpful with getting my bride in and out of the car. One of our bridesmaids said that he was also the driver when she got married the year before, and he was just as nice and sweet and corteous for her. 2 big thumbs up for ASO Limo.
