A Perfect Bite was a wonderful addition to our wedding! They went above and beyond for us and helped with all setup and takedown in addition to on-site food preparation. We had mul...
tiple compliments from guests on all the food, especially the herb-crusted tenderloin. Pricing was reasonable and Sydney was very responsive, kind and professional and accommodated a variety of unique dietary needs, including vegan.
Mackenzie Dingman, Perfect Bite Catering (Baldoria on the Water): This catering service came pre-approved through our venue recommendation list and has top reviews on wedding websi...
tes. However, we did not have a great experience. No matter the amount of times we informed Mackenzie that our mothers had an onion allergy and we would prefer to not have onions at all in our food we still somehow ended up
with onions in every dish. We did not receive the leftover food or open alcohol/beer we purchased in advance. Nor, did we receive the complimentary cake cutting service that was included. We also found it weird that Mackenzie was not on site either, given she was the one we spoke to over the phone each step of the way. Regardless of the above problems, we did enjoy the food and services they provided. All the rentals were also exactly what we requested. We just recommend to write down more of your requests through email as we primarily dealt with the caterer over the phone exclusively.

ything went smoothly on our wedding day. The food was delicious! We were told by several guests it was the best wedding food they have ever had! Highly recommend!
We could not have been happier with the service we received from A Perfect Bite Catering. Throughout the process we worked with Tabitha Fellowes, who exceeded our every expectation...
from a caterer.
Tabitha worked with us over the course of almost a year to craft a menu that both reflected our tastes as a couple and earned rave reviews from our guests. She helped us through the process of wedding planning, recommending dress shops and even a florist who wound up being the perfect fit for our wedding. She set up two tastings for us, both of which absolutely cemented in our mind that we had chosen the right caterer.
But the coup de grace came when we posed a wild idea to her for a late night snack. We met in college in North Carolina, and many of our first dates centered around a particular dive bar's cheese fries. When we mentioned this to Tabitha, not only did she know the bar we were talking about (a bar more than 1,600 miles away, mind you) but within 24 hours had figured out a plan and recipe to replicate those cheese fries at our wedding. They turned out perfectly, and made for a memory that will stay with us forever.
Tabitha, and the rest of the Perfect Bite staff, brought impeccable professionalism to our wedding, and provided a level of service I don't think we could ever hope to match with any other company. If you have the chance to work with them, I wouldn't even bother considering any other caterer.

These guys did an amazing job catering for my wedding. The food was out of this world, the company was organized, and they knew exactly what was needed to fulfill our requests.

responsive from beginning to end. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable with the menu, pricing and dietary restrictions. Since our wedding was a destination wedding, we never got to do a tasting, which made us all the more pleased on the day of the wedding. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal! Our guests especially loved the steak and mashed potatoes!

liments on, and all of the help before and during the wedding. Emily specifically was really fantastic. During the wedding day my wife would worry about different details and Emily would already have it taken care of. A big thank you from us for making our wedding day care free so that we could focus on spending it together.

r venue before the event to make sure they knew how they were setting everything up. On the night of the wedding they took great care of us, the food was delicious, they even tried to keep some other vendors (DJ) who were not paying attention in line for us. Our guests raved about the food, and I (the bride) have been raving about how wonderful they were to us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Out of all the vendors we worked with for our wedding, they were my absolute favorite.

d enjoy. They never asked us how we wanted it cooked it was served beyond rare and everyone was sending back their plates to heat more. Something we felt terrible for our wedding party. They left out one of our vegetarian dishes which left someone without a plate. We would have been better off asking Costco to be our caterer.
We loved our food and all of our guest complicated our food!! Everyone thought it was outstanding! We couldn't have been happier
The food was great! They were very conscious of food allergies and dietary restrictions, and were very organized and communicative throughout the whole process.

rect. I am so happy that A Perfect Bite catered our wedding and I've been receiving so many compliments from our guests. Multiple people told me they've never had better food at a wedding (I've seen that same compliment in the other reviews here over and over again, so that speaks for itself). My communication with Linda always went very smoothly, she answered e-mails quickly and provided great recommendations about menu choices). Even my friend who is the pickiest eater I've ever met told me she can't stop thinking about how much she liked our meal. So I highly recommend choosing this caterer, and I personally hope I get another opportunity to use them too!

The food was delicious! Linda did a fantastic job and everyone really enjoyed it! Couldn't have asked for more delicious prime rib, makes me hungry just thinking about it!

ho to use because they are the only caterer for the venue I chose. The food was really good. Only complaint is that the meat was cooked medium rare and not all my guests like it that way. Our custom appetizers were excellent and so was the other food!

At our wedding, we chose to have a brunch style reception. The caterer came up with some delicious ideas. The highlight of our reception was the Belgium waffle bar. A Perfect Bite was a great caterer for my husband and I because we were on a budget, and they were able to work with us and make a great meal within our budget. The food was delicious, and we could not have asked for more.

Linda worked closely with me. She listened to what I was looking for in a menu for the wedding and came up with the perfect choices.
The food was delicious! I heard many great things from our guests about how amazing the food tasted! I couldn't have been happier to hear that!

ing a seasonal menu and worked within my budget. I am still getting compliments a month later on how this was the best wedding meal they have ever had. We had butternut squash soup shooters & a warm caprice tartlet for our appetizers, a green salad with dried cranberries, walnuts and blue cheese, pork tenderloin with a fig reduction, beef tenderloin with a red wine reduction, mashed potatoes with smoked gouda, and baby carrots and baked apples. Super yummy! Linda was also very accommodating with vegetarian options (portabella mushroom lasagne) and the children's meals.
