my big day.
Paris house of bridal has an amazing selection of dresses for the alternative bride. They carry options in not the traditional white which was exactly what I was looking for. They ...
can make amazing alterations or custom dresses. The customer service was always good too when I was there. Cannot recommend enough just based on selection alone!
The stylists were wonderful and I want to make sure to point out that I didn’t have a problem with PHOB, they were wonderful. The person they have for alterations was not great at ...
all. My dress took over a year to come in, with about six months before the wedding. I had about six alteration appointments because every time something new was found to be messed up or wrong. Two weeks before the wedding, my dress wasn’t hemmed yet and everything was still loose and ill-fitted. I come in for my final fitting four days before the wedding and the bustle was super weird and the straps were awful. The top was still loosely fitted and my mom and I had to cut thread pieces off. I was absolutely devastated that it didn’t fit right, but I was out of time. My wedding pictures/videos catch me moving my straps or having a strap hanging on my shoulder. Not to mention she never paid mind to my concerns and would only talk to me for about five minutes. The alterations are so overpriced for work she does and it was clearly rushed and not done right. I advise anyone that gets their dress here to take it to someone who know what they’re doing.
Beautiful dresses!! So helpful!
Horrible alterations. Went for a fitting, made my next appointment showed up and it wasn’t done. Then the threading came out of the bottom hem in two spots, and was so bunched up i...
n a 4 inch area that it looked like a five year old did it. The thread color stood out at the bottom. Two places at the top near the arm pit that we’re taken in came undone within 20 minutes of wearing it- and not because it was snug. It was actually still too loose. Their alterations were a nightmare. The dress selection was wide, but the alterations were beyond unacceptable. I would not recommend getting alterations done there by anyone.
I couldn’t have been happier with my dress! I had so many compliments and was told it was the most beautiful dress lots of people have ever seen! It fit perfectly and was everythin...

I was so disappointed in the customer service I received at this place. The girl who helped us appeared to have a hangover and the owner didn't seem to have much interest in anyth...
ing other than the sale. My dress took 4 MONTHS to come in!!!! I got my dress with less than a month to get all the alterations done. Horrible.
I had over 200 gowns to choose from. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and made me at ease about everything that has happened with my gown. I found a gown that makes me feel lik...

We were looking around for the gown and we chanced upon this place. Their selection was vast and they had designer gowns too. The staff was very helpful and friendly and courteous....
Even though I had not made up my mind then, they were not pushy at all and insisted that I visit them again as they were expecting new arrivals. We however were able to pick up a few accessories from them.
The bridesmaids dresses that you made to order were perfect and an elegant fit. They were looking gorgeous. And credit to you for making the dresses as per my design. Thank you.
The dress my wife ordered from here was class. The fit was just perfect and she was looking real good on our big day. Thank you!!
I went in a month before the wedding and ordered a wedding dress. When I picked out the dress they said they would order it that day and it would be in the store next week and the...
n would make arrangements for it to get altered, plenty of time before the wedding. After many phone calls and a trip into the store (I live an hour from the shop), my dress arrived four days before the wedding. They did alter the dress quickly and I was able to pick it up the afternoon before the wedding.
The girls at Paris house of Bridal were knowledgeable and accommodating women in the business. They were very helpful in my search for "the one". After trying various dresses, I a...
lready found Paris house of Bridal my perfect elegant gown in my size. It's not easy to find petite wedding dresses that are unique and affordable. I can't wait until my dress comes in next week for my first fitting. They also have a good selection of bridesmaid, flower girl and mother-of-the bride dresses.
Very helpful and great selection! They helped me see what I didn't on other options which resulted in me finding the dress of my dreams!
I found my wedding dress at this shop. At first, it was a pretty bad experience. I let the associate know my budget, and she pretty much left me in the clearance room. But after...
nearly giving up, another associate came to help us and we ended up trying on one more dress and that was the one! The owner worked with us on the price, and the previous owner was great when the dress came in. We got alterations elsewhere, just because it was $200 no matter what, and I was able to get everything I needed elsewhere for $30.
