I went to A. Daley Bridal the summer of 2021…. Ordered my dress well over a year before my wedding ….when my dress came in, it was 5 inches too big for me. The owner Alyssia Dal...
ey guaranteed me it could be altered down to fit me appropriately as long I didn’t loose more than 50lbs. So I trusted her. Well fast forward to 2022…. time for fitting … I only lost 5 lbs …. dress couldn’t be altered down correctly. It was was way too big for me …. she told me to use a petticoat to fill in the gaps. She switched seamstress without my knowledge….. she also took my dress from her bridal shop in mentor and had it housed at her home in Shaker. My wedding was 6 weeks away and I had to purchase another dress and I was out of $1300!! She offered me $200 towards my dress! Please don’t do business with Alyssia Daley! She is con artist and will take your money!
So my beautiful bonus daughter is getting married and we did our very best to support a black business to secure her wedding dress. We did everything right...started early, made a ...
down payment on the dress, followed up appropriately just for the owner/operator of A. Daley Bridal to lie about ordering the dress two months ago. I'm bringing this to light because instead of this lady giving us our money back because she didn't come through and provide us with the service we paid for, she tried to get us to sign a NDA not to say anything negative about her and her company. She did everything she could to get us to agree to not say anything negative about her and her company but refund us our money. Well, not TODAY!!! I will not be quiet so she she can treat another bride as such!!! So, if anyone tell you to use this vendor, proceed at your own risk. She does not have any integrity, business acumen, and the ability to take responsibility for her actions. You just don't play with people and they money.....PERIOD!!!!
I didn't know what I wanted in a dress and Alyssia was able to guide me towards dresses that accented my best features and included details I liked. She made the experience so fun...
and comfortable with a private appointment! I was surprised by the number of different styles available in the store!!
