We are incredibly grateful to Alejandro and the entire team at A&A Catering for helping make our wedding reception so special. From our first conversation months before the wedding, Alejandro and his team stood out. Their communication was excellent from the start, and they set clear expectations about their arrival, setup, service, menu, and cleanup. They not only met those expectations—they exceeded them in every way. On the day of the reception, the team arrived on time and handled setup and teardown quickly and efficiently. They worked seamlessly alongside our families and other vendors, allowing everyone to focus on the celebration without ever getting in one another’s way. One moment was especially meaningful to me. During planning, I had mentioned that a family member has a shellfish allergy, and we had also selected a shrimp appetizer. When I later asked Alejandro about it, he immediately recalled the allergy and assured me that the shrimp would be clearly labeled and served separately. With my permission, he personally introduced himself to my family member, made sure she felt comfortable, and invited her to speak with him directly if she had any questions or concerns. His care and attention gave us tremendous peace of mind, and she was safe and well cared for throughout the evening. That same attentiveness extended to every guest. The service was polished and unobtrusive: guests were well fed, drinks were refreshed whenever possible, and the servers moved through the reception so smoothly that their work seemed almost effortless. When guests invited members of the staff into conversations or photos, they joined with warmth, grace, and professionalism. It was a pleasure to have them be part of our celebration. The food was exceptional. We chose a reception featuring substantial hors d’oeuvres and a grazing table, and every dish looked beautiful and tasted incredible. The team guided us in selecting the right menu and quantities for our guests, and their recommendations were exactly right. During and after the reception, numerous guests complimented both the catering staff and all the food, with the spiced lamb chops and beef Wellington receiving especially enthusiastic praise. We would hire A&A Catering again without hesitation. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking an attentive, highly skilled, and thoughtful catering team that serves truly outstanding food.
