This vendor has actually gone out of business.

We had ordered a wedding backdrop that was supposed to arrive within two weeks of ordering. Long story short, it took much longer than that to get shipped, then was lost in the mail, and it was the biggest hassle to get the replacement backdrop shipped. It arrived later than the promised date. There was short, unfriendly, and unapologetic communication from the vendor. In the end, the banner was beautiful!! But the customer service, professionalism, and timing was all very poor.
They own several businesses from this location, such as Paper Ramma, and all the business contacts were non-responsive.
I wouldn’t do business with them again.
I stumbled across this vendor and fell in love with their tree design for their version of the signing tree. Once, I placed my order, I was immediately greeted and given directions...
on how to get the tree design customized to my fitting. It turned out more perfect than I could've imagined. I cannot wait to share this beauty on my wedding day! :)

ves. After looking at their different products I decided this was what I wanted to do. I loved that you could customize the product to make it your own. I got to choose the colors, background, and what I wanted it to say. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical about buying from etsy since I had never done that before. The people at PaperRamma were so easy to work with! They worked up a proof and sent it to me within about 3 or 4 days and asked that I look it over. I noticed that one of the words was spelled wrong and when I responded back, they quickly fixed it. After the proof was approved by me they said it would be put into production and shipped. It shipped pretty quickly which surprised me. When I got the final product I was so happy! The colors are so vibrant and it looks amazing! I also like that they email you a sign that shows how your guests should sign the leaves. You print it out and frame in in a 5x7 frame. They also suggest what kind of paint pens work best with paper. I would order from this company again.
