4R Specialty Cakes

nch for my layers. We didnt even do a taste test before ordering.. and when I say I was genuinely amazed when I took my first bite at the wedding.. It was phenomenal! Not to mention they made my cake absolutely to perfection. I sent them an inspo photo and they nailed it. Speaking of delivery - they do that as well and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. Casey was my point of contact and they were so quick to answer my questions and walk me through the process. 10/10. Thank you to the whole team for making sure my cake was exactly what I wanted.

was incredible. Thank you, 4R!

e flavors were absolutely delicious, and loved by every one of our guests — we received so many compliments! The process was easy and stress-free, which meant a lot during wedding planning, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We were on a time crunch after having a friend not be able to bake for us in the end. 4R Specialty Cakes made our dreams come true! Cannot thank them enough! It was such a special part of our big day, and we’re still talking about how good it was a year later. Highly recommend 4R Specialty Cakes for anyone looking for something memorable and delicious!

e highly recommend 4rivers specialty cakes!!

t we didn’t need to go to any other tastings. Sabrina provided photos of the cake she wanted and the team duplicated exactly the cake we had asked for in the photo. For the grooms cake, I wanted a peach cobbler and they were able to provide it for us as well and even baked it in a special casserole dish. We were very pleased with 4R and would happily refer others to them. It’s not just great BBQ!  Thanks! Sabrina and Jerred

t her own wedding. The flavors were DELICIOUS. We had three tiers: vanilla with raspberry mousse, chocolate with peanut butter mousse, and carrot with vanilla mousse. We could taste each flavor and the combinations were absolutely perfect. Also definitely go with the swiss buttercream! It was light and creamy but not too sweet, so it didn't overpower the great flavors of the cake. Also my parents said that the carrot cake was the best they'd ever had! The design was also GORGEOUS. They executed my vision perfectly, The cake felt so unique and cohesive and was a beautiful part of our day. I've included great photos from Kartsie Photography! Thank you so so much for making our dessert so memorable!!

t off with, the team at 4R was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The process of ordering the cake was great, but the cake itself is what was disappointing. I had wanted a 2-tiered cake with textured lines, florals, and a fondant dog. I attached pictures of the kind of floral designs I liked, and I also attached pictures of our dog for the fondant creation. In our final quote, all 3 of those design elements seemed to be included and I had no reason to think there was any confusion. However, our final cake had no florals and seemed quite plain compared to what I wanted (picture is attached). Our final quote said “Design: textured lines + floral (not included in initial price)”. To me, this seemed to include the florals as part of the design and that the price initially did not reflect this. Now I’m wondering if this meant the florals were not included? If this was not the case, I would have not expected to see “florals” included as a design element. I had said a couple of times in the emails that I wanted florals and had included pictures, so I’m not sure where the confusion was. If the floral design had to be opted in separately, it was never brought up to me. Overall I’m still glad we went with them because the cakes were delicious and the process was easy, but would caution everyone to confirm what is in their contract.

vors, chocolate with ganache, vanilla and the strawberry champagne were all to die for. The 4R Bakery team is absolutely amazing, from ordering all the way to deliver you can truly tell they care about what they do. We can’t wait to order our anniversary cake in a year! Thank you 4R Bakery team!

've sent, highly recommended for wedding cakes and desserts.

some to work with and made the whole process, including our tasting, a truly memorable and enjoyable experience!

ests were raving about it. The flavor we chose was Strawberry Champagne and not only did it taste good but it was beautiful too. They matched the design I wanted perfectly, and the inside was pink which matched my wedding colors!! Everyone I worked with was so kind and accommodating as well. Cant recommend enough!

e with them in planning, tasting and ordering. I have a nut allergy and they were very accommodating and informative about how they prevent cross contamination and what was and wasn't safe for me to have, even for the cake tasting! Thank you so much 4R, our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious!

unication was good, and they worked with my mom as far as deposit and paying for everything! Which I very much appreciate. All of our dessert at our wedding was from 4 rivers! I got nothing but compliments from my guests and there was no issues with deliveries. I had nothing to worry about! Thank you 4 rivers!

y were a hit! We felt that they were reasonably priced and added a very sweet and fun element to our reception!

any fun flavors and they were so helpful in helping us make decisions on size and flavor/frosting combinations. I’d go with them again and again!

ch my needs and budget. I loved being able to choose three different flavors and fillings—almond, lemon, and chocolate cake, all paired perfectly with their delicious Swiss buttercream. The entire process was seamless. Their team was so easy to work with, offering samples that made choosing flavors a breeze. On the big day, delivery was smooth, and they even arranged the flowers on the cake beautifully. The best part? Everyone at the wedding absolutely loved it! Not only was it gorgeous, but it tasted amazing too. And all this at such an affordable price! I highly recommend 4R Specialty Cakes for anyone looking for a stress-free, delightful cake experience. Thank you for making our day so special!

pongy and moist. Flavors were on point and amazing! We will definitely use 4R again in the future.

h us and was so nice. We gave them a picture of what we wanted our cake to look like and they nailed it...and it was beautiful. We 100% recommend them!!

and the flavors were delicious! Normally with a 3tier wedding cake there’s leftovers, but my cake was gone within that same weekend! I highly recommend!

our venue where they placed it on our stand and added the topper. Highly recommend them for any special occasion!

we wanted to try to go and did it all at home which was really convenient. The person who I was in contact with, Casey, was so incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions!

would be lying if I said I didn't eat a slice the morning after.

all so delicious! We would use them again in a second. We ordered red velvet and chocolate cakes, both with cream cheese frosting, and they were phenomenal. Highly, highly recommend hiring them for your next event!!

ting. The cake and cupcakes were so beautiful and tasted AMAZING!! Hands down would recommend 4R Specialty Cakes.

e didn't see the cake until the day of, but we were MORE than pleased when we saw it!! Everyone loved the flavor and look of the cake, and it was a huge hit. They took our dream and made it a reality. We would recommend 4R to anyone looking for a different, or even traditional, cake!

th how moist and delicious our cake was. The past few weddings we've been to, the cake was mediocre at best. Not the case with 4R! We've gotten so many compliments on how good the cake (and desserts) were. It was also beautifully decorated and our dessert table looked absolutely heavenly. If you're looking for a great baker, look no further than 4R!

was EXACTLY what we wanted the day of. The pricing was also WAY more affordable than other bakers in the area.

ke I showed in my inspiration and it was DELICIOUS!! Our guests can't stop talking about it!!

geometric decorations and an assortment of mini desserts. We had cookies, mini cupcakes, brownies/bars, cake balls, and shooters! They were all a HUGE hit! Some wedding cakes I've had in the past were dry and nothing special, but not with Specialty Cakes! Each cake tier had a different flavor cake and filling, the guests were practically fighting over a sample of each. Highly recommend the red velvet cake with strawberry filling or the almond cake with chocolate ganache. I will definitely be ordering desserts for events in the future!

st and they supplied us with well-labeled fillings and icings to choose from. All of our other tastings consisted of either dry cakes, overly sweet icing, and guessing which cake was which, but 4R was just right. We even canceled all of our other cake tasting appointments after trying 4R because we knew they were the one. Casey was an absolute pleasure to work with and the 4R team literally brought our dream to life! Our guests loved our cake and so did we!
