is what we were looking for. Always very responsive to my emails, etc. The bad: Ashley was an hour late to our engagement shoot. She didn't realize how bad traffic would be in Miami on a Friday during rush hour. She stayed an extra hour to make up for it though. Pics took 6+ weeks to get back. The bad on the day of: My major complaints are that we have photos on my husband's family at the church where we are all standing on different steps for a family portrait. The top row people were short and all you can see are their eyes peaking out over the top of the person's head on the step in front of them. Isn't that photography 101? It was incredibly embarrassing when that family asked for copies of the photos and we had to explain that they couldn't be seen except for their eyeballs. I would expect with 2 photographers there, that one of them could say, "hey, I can't really see that top row up there, maybe you should move." or something like that. on top of that, we had no photos of myself and my bridal party, one photo of the cocktail reception, no photos of the reception area (i just have closeups of the floral arrangements), no general photo of the area that i worked so hard to make pretty. and we only had a couple of photos that were portrait-style of myself and my husband. In order to make up for that, they offered us a post-wedding photo shoot for free. But I had to pay to get my dress dry-cleaned, hair and makeup all over again, flowers for myself and my bridesmaids, my husband had to rent a tux again, I had to bring all of my bridesmaids back. It cost me $1,000 just to re-create the day. There were also a couple of photos that my husband's boutonniere was upside down, and I got bitten by mosquitoes so my arm was red. They said they would retouch them, but they never did. All in all, I loved 99% of the photos we do have (minus the ones of my husband's family where you can't see them). And they did try to make things right.
