Cathy was amazing to work with for our wedding! The flowers turned out beautiful. She has such an attention to detail and really did listen to all of our input and ideas. We are so...
happy we used 12th street florist and Cathy went above and beyond both at our ceremony and setting up the reception centerpieces and all the other extras.
I bought flowers for Valentine's Day and paid for them 2 days prior. The woman I spoke to was very nice

n an hour list to make sure rha everything was correct
On the evening of the 13 at 4:30 before they closed I thought about adding a balloon. I called and got the voice mail. The next morning I called to see if I could ass it and got a voice mail. An hour later got the voice mail. I left a message and wvwn sent an email to see what time the flowers would arrive and if it was still possible to add a balloon . Still a voice mail finally one saying they were to busy to answer the phone. The flowers still have not been delivered and the business closes at 4:30 and it is now 3:30. I am really disappointed that they dont have the decency to at least answer the phone. They had no problem running my credit card
I used 12th Street for my wedding and they were great. Really flexible and helpful. The flowers on the day were beautiful and delivered on time, which is the best!
I have purchased a dozen roses for delivery to my wife's work for several years now. It has always been a pleasant experience dealing with 12th Street Florist, until today. I ord...
ered a dozen lavender roses to be delivered today. Don't get me wrong they are beautiful, and they should be for $73.39, but they are clearly pink colored roses with lavender accents. So, I called 12th Street Florist and explained the incorrect order my wife had received. Instead of addressing the mistake the female told me they were lavender roses she received. I told her no, they are clearly pink. She then placed me on hold to check my order to confirm I ordered lavender roses. She then came back on the phone and told me I did order lavender roses. I told her those clearly are NOT lavender roses. She then became argumentative and insisted they are lavender. I told her that next year I will take my business elsewhere. I don't mind the order mix up because the flowers are beautiful, BUT own your mistake. 12th Street Florist just lost a yearly customer.
12th St Florist created my vision perfectly. The flowers were gorgeous and I wanted to keep my bouquet forever. We didn't do anything super fancy (1/2 centerpieces and 1/2 single f...
lowers in wine bottles -6 per table) but the quality of flower, the spot on color, and the perfect style of decorating was everything I wanted. Cathi was the designer I worked with and she was so helpful. She even responded to an email I sent at 1am the morning before the wedding. I plan on using them for future floral needs.
Meeting with our florist, Cathleen, was a dream come true. She had pulled all of the flowers that I had mentioned I liked, in our previous conversations. She was patient with me an...
d arranged the flowers in numerous possible arrangements. She was prompt the morning of the wedding with delivering the flowers to the church and then to the reception. The flowers lasted for 4 days after the wedding and my wedding bouquet is still blooming (5 days after the wedding). I am so glad that I chose 12th Street as my wedding day florist!
Excellent - Quality - On time - Brought a picture in - perfect reproduction
Cathi did a wonderful job on all the wedding flowers. We received many compliments on the centerpieces, but personally I loved the bouquets. I am drying mine now, and plan to kee...
p it as a remembrance of the beautiful day. Cathi was also wonderful to work with, made herself available for our hectic schedules, and did everything we asked in terms of delivery, timing, etc. My husband and I both work downtown, so it was very convenient to meet with her at her shop on East 12th Street near the Reserve Square building.
Everything came together beautifully, and I would definitely recommend her to other brides in the Cleveland area, especially downtown. Thanks again Cathi!
I emailed a picture of the bouquet I wanted and asked them to price it for me. I didn't expect a response right away but Lynn replied the same day and had a quote for the entire we...
dding for me by the next day. Then two weeks before my wedding, I got the idea of adding something to my bouquet in honor of my angel baby and Lynn went out and added that special touch, a blue butterfly! Also, when I was stumped at what to do for an inexpensive centerpiece, Lynn helped me figure that out as well. She was so helpful that I couldn't have pulled this off without her!
They delivered the flowers on time and Lynn even popped in to see how things were going before she left. I'd definitely recommend them to someone planning a wedding and I've already used them since my wedding (August 4) when I ordered flowers for work.
BTW...the bouquet they prepared for me looked better than the original picture I emailed them...
